−We were welcomed at the hotel shown in the photos and advertised on Booking.com, but we were then taken to a completely different house located approximately 6-7 minutes away on foot. The property we were given did not have a swimming pool, and the sea was also much farther away than what was presented in the listing. Most importantly, the room we received was completely different from the room shown in the photos on Booking.com. I booked this property specifically because of the location, swimming pool, proximity to the sea, and the room shown in the listing. None of these expectations were met. I find this extremely misleading and unacceptable. We did not even stay in the room because it was not what we had booked or what was advertised. I therefore believe that the compensation of only €24 is completely inadequate considering the circumstances. I kindly ask Booking.com to review my complaint again and provide a fair and appropriate refund.

“Noisy hot not enjoyable in that resort”
+Property was great next to beach clean and accommodated to our entire family
−When we arrived, I had originally booked two rooms one rooms with kids one room for us however we had no idea that they were going to be located at separate ends of the building. Considering there were kids in the booking I would’ve thought they would have put us close by this was slightly annoying and we need to pay more money for an upgrade. The lady was very accommodating in regards to this however it was disappointing that their kids room was put on the other side of the resort when they were underage children in that room. The resort is also located at the southernmost tip of Corfu and unbeknownst to us. It was an absolute teen fest. There were teenagers everywhere backpackers everywhere. There were no families and every night there were a bunch of urinating backpackers at our doorstep around the corner yelling at each other at three or 4 o’clock in the morning when we were trying to Sleep. This is not the place to go if you have kids and it’s certainly not the place to go if you wanted to be somewhere a little more family friendly. Another issue we had was the air-conditioning. The suite that we ended up getting was an upgrade as I mentioned however the air-conditioners only
