“Comfortable apartment in the historic centre, a few steps from everything.”
+Cozy apartment with modern interior and furnishing, in a very central street, but still quiet. Lots of light because of the location on the top floor, facing the interior courtyard. Optimal space for us (we are a family of 3, parents +1 child). The bedrom has a comfortable bed, window with shades, and built-in spacious wardrobe. The living room has a sofa that folds out (used in our case as the child's bed). Bedding, bedlinen and towels provided, which was very handy. We also appreciated the straw mats for the beach. Entry was very easy with the previously sent instructions. The owner is responsive and helpful. There is a washing machine available at an extra cost which we used and were happy with. Clotheslines are installed at the inner terrace. Both the bedroom and the living room has new and very quiet A/C units. The price was very advantageous for the summer season. It felt like our second home.
−We did not lack anything in particular, but just for the full picture: maybe mosquito nets would be useful and appreciated by those who prefer natural air to A/C. Good to know that while the bedroom has shades, the living room doesn't. Kitchenware are somewhat limited, but the basics are all available (including a bottle opener). No microwave or oven, but the gas hob was working fine.

“Spacious, quiet apartment in the heart of the city”
+Spacious apartment in the heart of the city, at the back of the building, so still quiet. If you're here on 14th August, you'll have the city's Candelieri Festival at your doorstep. Friendly communication with the owner.
−Not something to improve, or something that displeased us, but a point of attention to be stressed: there's a freight elevator for your luggage, but be aware you'll have to walk the stairs to the third floor yourself.

−Rien ! Même le starionnement qui semblait être compliqué est réglé avec un parking couvert au prix abordable à 400 m (parking Garibaldi).
