−Foul odors from the shower drain. They tried to mask it with vinegar. Small elevator, and the corridor was not well lit.

−IT IS NOT OKAY TO CHARGE FULL PRICE IF YOU KNOW THAT THE APAPRMENT ABOVE IS UNDER RENOVATION AND THERE IS UNBEARABLE CONSTRUCTION NOISE ALL DAY LONG !

+Convenient location, walkable to the train station and center of town. Apartment was very clean with a great view from the balcony. Having A/C was much appreciated. Host was easy to communicate with regarding self check-in/out.

+Great location, not too far to walk to the town, the lake or the train station. Lovely view towards the Cathedral too. A few minor things such as a missing light bulb in one of the lights and a slight drain smell occasionally in one of the bathrooms. Overall a great, spacious apartment and would recommend.

+I recently stayed at this hotel apartment during my visit to Lake Como, and while the location was beautiful, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the apartment wasn't as clean as expected , with spider webs in some corners, During our stay, we also had issues with the water cutting off for a period, and the air conditioning was not working during our last night , making it difficult to sleep. In addition to these problems, we were also asked to follow a lengthy list of cleaning instructions before checkout, which we found very unusual for a hotel apartment. We were expected to clean the kitchen, wash and put away the dishes, stack towels, and more.. While we understand keeping the space tidy, the request seemed unprofessional This place has a lot of potential due to its great location, but the management needs to address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.
