“Great place near the Opera”
+Great location, very clean, lovely hosts (Mark and Carol) who met us at the train station to help us get to the flat, and had lots of little touches (bottle of wine, biscuits). Very well equipped (laundry tablets, dishwasher liquid etc). We would definitely book this again when coming to Sofia
−It's on the 3rd floor with no lift, but this wasn't a problem for us, especially as Mark kindly insisted on carrying a bag up. The shower floor needs to be mopped before one can next use the loo.

“Perfect location, exceptional comfort, and the best stay we’ve ever had in Sofia!”
+We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Sofia. The location is perfect,everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, as well as easy access to public transportation like buses, metro, and tram. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It truly has everything (and more) you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything is of very high quality, the space is generous, extremely clean, and thoughtfully equipped with convenient features like Alexa, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The hosts welcomed us with open hearts and were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made a big difference and made us feel right at home. Without a doubt, this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in during our travels. We would easily choose this place again on a future trip to Sofia,and honestly, we wouldn’t trade it even for a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended!

“Amazing experience in the center of Sofia”
+We had a wonderful stay in Sofia thanks to Mark and Carol, who welcomed us with such thoughtful touches like water, Bulgarian wine, flag pins, and traditional Bulgarian lucky bracelets. They were incredibly kind hosts, always available for anything we needed and truly going above and beyond; they even invited us for a beer, and although we couldn't make it, we really appreciated the gesture! The house itself was very spacious and situated in a perfect location for exploring the city. Mark and Carol also took the time to explain exactly how to reach the airport using public transport, which made our departure completely stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!
−The only minor 'issue' was that the bathroom was a bit small, but everything else was so perfect that it didn't bother us at all.

“Amazing hosts and great location”
+Hosts are the best. They were waiting for us at metro station and while we were walking to apartment they did a mini tour of Sofia and told some trivia about Bulgaria. What is more, we got small surprises and souvenirs from them like Martinica bracelets. We could not stop talking when we were checking out. Every major attraction is in walking distance.

“Perfect stay in the heart of Sofia with amazing hosts”
+I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the center of Sofia. The location is perfect,just a short walk from the cathedral and close to all the main attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. What truly made the experience special were the hosts, Carol and Mark. They were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. On top of that, they are genuinely warm, friendly, and have a great sense of humor, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly return to this property on my next visit to Sofia and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

+What an amazing experience!! Mark and Carol are so kind, they are true human lovers. They are available before your arrival via WhatsApp to provide you with all the information you need, and they will welcome you at the metro or in front of the apartment. There was a bottle of Bulgarian wine for us in the apartment,such a thoughtful touch! The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a great stay! We even spent an evening with Carol and Mark checking out some local bars. They are two people who love travel, discovery, and human connection. If you wish, they can truly help you experience authentic Bulgarian culture. We will cherish our trip to Sofia and leave with wonderful memories! Don't hesitate to book this apartment :)

+Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont donné plein d'informations et photos pour trouver le métro à la sortie de l'aéroport. Ils sont venus nous chercher à la sortie afin de nous accompagner à l'appartement ; une bouteille de vin et des biscuits nous attendaient. Ils nous ont ramenés au métro lors de notre départ sans oublier les croissants ! L'appartement est moderne et joliment décoré. Il est également très bien équipé et très propre. On peut y cuisiner sans problème. Il y a des produits de base café, thé huile etc...et la machine à laver est un plus pour les personnes itinérantes comme nous. Merci encore à eux pour leur accueil.

“Un appartement et des hôtes parfaits !”
+L’appartement est parfaitement situé dans le centre de Sofia. À seulement quelques minutes de la Cathédrale et aux attractions principales du centre de Sofia. Les transports en commun sont à proximité, ainsi que les supermarchés. L’appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et agréable. Les hôtes Mark et Carol sont d'une grande gentillesse et nous accompagne tout au long de notre séjour. Ils ont su nous donner toutes les informations utiles à notre découverte de Sofia. Un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse, leur aide et leur disponibilité à travers notre séjour.
