“Great location, buget place to stay, avoid the single bed !”
+The location was perfect with plenty of parking. toiletries and basic cooking ingredients were a bonus.
−The crockery was dirty as was the microwave. The beds were very low and not comfortable especially the single bed on the first floor. We could all hear when my son moved in be !

+Beautiful house ...plenty of space and added extras such as toiletries , kitchen utensils and pots and pans some extras you may need on arrival such as a cuppa ..location excellent for the centre £6 for a taxi into the centre or right next to the bus route into the city Communication from Matt has been excellent and he has everything covered on booking
−Coming from a council estate i understand the location could be a little intimidating to begin with which i did experience myself the first night with banging on windows during the night and chapping of doors very loudly which both myself and daughter sleeping in different parts of the house experienced during the night unsure if it was a neighbours windows and doors being banged , or where we were staying ,waking us a few times during the sleeping hours , the following evenings we never heard a peep ...not something that the owner has any control over

+What a lovely place! Matt (host) kept in touch in case we needed anything, the house is gorgeous and comes with tourist leaflets, a house guide, there was also tea and coffee stuff in the cupboard which was a nice touch, if you need to cook anything everything is at hand, bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfy, (best sleep i have had in weeks!) Round the corner is a shop for essentials a great bar called The Times, (we was made very welcome) and a few cafes, chip shops in walking distance, local buses are 2 mins away or approx £5-6 in an uber to city centre, I will highly recommend this property to anyone who I know is coming to Belfast, I hope to come back soon! Thank you to Matt for being a perfect host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“fit for purpose, de minste van de 10 locaties tijdens onze rondreis.”
+Een huis met een bed om in te slapen in een rustige wijk. 4 slaapkamers zodat we allemaal een eigen kamer hadden. Supermarkt dicht in de buurt. Stadscentrum beloopbaar, maar dat is subjectief (20-30 minuten).
−Slechts één badkamer en één wc voor 5 personen is mager. Zeer mager assortiment in keukengerei en servies, bovendien moesten we eerst alles gaan afwassen omdat het te smerig was om te gebruiken. Door de mager ingerichte keuken zijn we maar uit eten gegaan. Borg betalen via Paypal of een ander vaag betalingssysteem. De enige locatie in de afgelopen 4 jaar waar ik dat zo heb moeten doen.

−Boulevard proche très passant à proximité (/bruit si fenêtres ouvertes) Voisin le samedi soir bruyant jusqu'à 23h30 (seul soir sur 3) Équipement de cuisine à compléter (saladiers, râpe à légumes, essoreuse à salade) Difficulté d évacuation de l eau en fond de baignoire
