“The location and layout were great but we felt we paid way too much for items to be in disrepair.”
+We loved the layout of the place, it was quirky and charming. The kids loved the bunk bed room with toys. You cannot beat this location, it's amazing for shopping, activities and beach time.
−We booked this place partially to cook ourselves. The knives were dull or falling apart, there were tons of forks and 3 spoons, cooking spoons were cracking, the sugars and coffees were damp. The main places if use were clean but most blinds and baseboards were dusty. Several Internet codes were listed in the guide book (that fell apart due to old plastic) but none worked. The shower drain leaked onto the kitchen counter on the floor below. The hosts were quick and fabulous about resolving this issue.

“Central location but flat is a bit tired looking”
+Central location Roof terrace was great
−Very noisy , until 1 am . Then pub deliveries at 4am . Thin curtains so light comes into all the rooms .as soon as it’s dawn . Take an eye mask & ear plugs . Bay windows in bathroom loose , so if l windy & they bash loudly as if someone is trying to get in . Scary at 3,am . Loads of printed messages around the flat , passive aggressive, not welcoming. The whole flat needs some TLC as it feels unloved .

“Great location, needs some TLC”
+We loved the location of the property it was perfect. Walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Whitsable is a beautiful little historic coastal town.
−The property could do with a good deep clean. Only one toilet roll provided for 3 nights. The coffee was so old the coffee was hard in the jar & no tea provided. The plunger coffee pot was still full & growing fungus from previous tenants. All amenities needed refreshing!

“Quirky apartment in a great location though could do with just extra cleaning and checks before visits”
+Perfect location and very quirky which was lovely. Really close to everything! Beds were very comfy.
−Dangerous stairs. Dirty socks from previous people tucked into bunked bed which wasn’t nice to find. Poo bag with poo in it on window sill. Rotten windows that were hard to close. Lots of dust and spiders webs. Dirty crockery in cupboards.

“Mucho Fun!!”
+Location is brilliant, right in the centre of everything. Handover of keys was very easy. The property is very quirky and nicely kept. There were 6 of us staying and we personally slept in the loft room (a couple) this is accessed by a ladder which was fine for us, but not safe for kids or older people. Also no blinds / curtains in this room so an early wake up for us. Nice place though, we would stay again.
