“We absolutely loved it. A perfect little gem of a cottage”
+Castle cottage was perfection! A short hop from the show ground of The Great Yorkshire Show which was great. A beautifully decorated home with every comfort you can think of. We were only sorry we didn’t stay longer. Convenient parking. A pub, bistro and shop literally across the road. Highly recommend anyone to stay here

“Excellent,I would definitely stay again”
+The whole cottage exceeded our expectations . The facilites were excellent and the property is finished to a very high standard. We all had a very comfortable nights sleep. The location was excellent being directly opposite a very nice Inn and local shop and very close to Harrogate.

“Cosy base in Spofforth”
+Castle cottage made an excellent base for me and my friend’s 2 night stay. Spofforth is a lovely village and the cottage is situated perfectly for exploring the area by road bike or foot. The host was very helpful and upon arrival, the cottage is very clean and has two good sized double bedrooms (there is a 3 rd bedroom which we didn’t use). The beds are comfy and there are complimentary toiletries and toilet rolls! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. There is a bit of road noise. Opposite the cottage is a shop with a bistro (offering take away eg pizza). There is a convenient bus for trips into Harrogate. Overall we had a lovely stay made by the excellent facilities at Castle Cottage.
−There’s no bath or dishwasher but it wasn’t a problem.
