“Beautiful Venice”
+The stay was excellent and the area was not far from the boat taxis once you knew the alleys.

“If I come back to Venice, I’ll probably look for somewhere else to stay.”
+Location was ok. It was out of the way of all of the foot traffic which was nice. Having a washing machine available was nice, although drying clothes was a bit of a pain.
−The apartment was quite warm during June. There is only 1 AC unit in the main room. There was a sign on it that said not to touch it. I messaged the owner about it and she just said we could turn it on. There was no way to adjust the temperature. I asked if there was a remote to turn the temperature down. She said there was no remote and that we just need to give the AC time to cool down. It ran constantly the entire first night but only got down to 26c (almost 79f). I contacted her again so she stopped by the next morning. She turned the AC down a bit and left a remote. It ran nonstop while we were there (3 nights), and the lowest it got was 23.5c (74.3f). The two bedrooms were even warmer. It was only in the low 80’s outside. WiFi was not good at all.

−En fait nous étions 5 adultes et les équipements n’étaient pas suffisant ! 1 seule petite cafetière Moka pour 2 tasses Pas de serviette essuie mains 1 seul torchon pour la vaisselle

“Muy bien ubicado y no tan turistico el barrio”
+Lo increible es estar en medio de la Ciudad tan iconica , que la casa de a un patio pequeño.Lo mejor es que esta alejada del turismo de masas. El baño esta muy bien y todo el alojamiento estuvo muy comodo. Te sentis en una pelicula.

“Buen sitio para descansar en Venecia”
+La casa está superbien, la cocina tiene de todo, las cámas son muy cómodas, el baño es amplio y la zona es muy tranquila, se puede descansar muy bien aquí si vas a Venecia, está muy cerca de la parada del Vaporetto. La casa estaba muy limpia y cuidada.
−Se echa en falta un microondas, pero si sabes usar los fogones de la cocina te puedes apañar.

“Appartement propre et cosy, bien équipé et à la fois vraiment au calme mais très bien situé !”
+Comme à la maison ! Nous avons voyagé en famille pendant 3 semaines en Italie et cet appartement est le seul qui nous a donné la sensation immédiate d'être chez nous, nous aurions aimé y rester tellement plus longtemps ! Il est très bien équipé (machine à laver le linge, appareils pour faire le ménage) et la cuisine est une vraie cuisine ! On y trouve de nombreux ustensiles, de quoi cuisiner vraiment en allant faire nos courses au supermarché à quelques minutes à peine de l'appartement. Il est également très propre, bien entretenu et situé dans un quartier résidentiel ultra calme et proche de tout ce que nous voulions faire à Venise. La place St Marc et le centre de Venise sont rapidement accessible à pied et l'arrêt de Vaporetto le plus proche permet d'accéder en 15 min au lido pour profiter des plages l'été. Bref, tout était parfait ! Merci !

“Mala experiencia con la propietaria”

−La propiedad nos avisa el mismo día q llegamos que al día siguiente vienen a desatascar el baño a las 7 de la mañana sin posibilidad de aplazarlo. Nos despiertan a las 6 20 de la mañana u la propietaria nos deja en compensación 20 euros en la mesa y casi ni nos deja hablar, ni nos escucha. Después queda un olor horrible en el apartamento. Nos hubiera gustado una advertencia previa y una actitud menos autoritaria.
