“I am glad we chose this one out of the many options in the neighborhood.”
+Well-located. Clean. Newly refurbished. Good amenities.
−It could benefit from a microwave, but it did have an oven. So..

“Cozy rooms, peaceful area, convenient transportation”
+The host provided excellent support during check-in and throughout our stay in the apartments. We obtained the keys from a locker and checked in independently. The rooms were tidy and cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked. There's an abundance of birds in the area, and we awoke to the pleasant sounds of chirping each morning, making for delightful mornings! There is also a courtyard where you can comfortably have breakfast or dinner during the warm seasons. The neighborhood is peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep. Additionally, there is a lovely park just a two-minute walk away. There is a bus station and a metro station within a 3-minute walk.
−The only drawbacks I can think of are the limited space in the shower and the absence of a microwave oven in the kitchen.

“Cozy apartment in a beautifull neighbourhood”
+The access to the apartment was easy as the host has explained us how to make a self check-in as our arrival from the airport was very late. The apartment is very well furnished, cozy, situated on the ground floor with access to a vast courtyard. The bedroom is small, but the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed, the host has even left for us some refreshing drinks. The neighborhood is very calm, there is a beautiful park very close to the building, a supermarket Carrefour Express in 5 min by foot, we used the nearby tramway and metro to get to the center of Rome.

“Awesome place”
+This is the sort of apartment I could see myself renting for longer periods of time. You are very close to all public transportation, it is is very well made, clean, spacious and has everything you need. The terrace is simply a great place to hang out and a breath of fresh air from the city life. The host is very attentive and upon your stay you will be provided with everything you need. We will definitely come back here the next time we are in Rome.

“A gem in Rome9”
+Our host, Alessandro, was very responsive and helpful. We were 5 mins from everything: metro, bus, pharmacies, supermarkets and more! Just two metro stops to Termini. We could easily get to any sight. Great to have kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time. This review does not do this place justice, and we highly recommend it (and Alessandro) to anyone staying in Rome. We will stay here again ❤️
−Nothing! Really!
