“Very good holidays”
+Casa Belvedre is a clean apartment with a nice view from the terrace. It is located in the walking distance from several beautiful beaches. Also some restaurants and shops can be found nearby. It is equipped with new and clean air conditioning. There is also a loundry machine.
−Lack of the oven. No loundry detergent.

“Schöne Aussicht, Ausstattung etwas spärlich für den Preis”
+Mehrere Strände fußläufig erreichbar. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr sauber als wir ankamen. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Schöner Sternenhimmel in der Nacht.
−Keine Moskitonetze vorhanden und daher viele schlaflose Nächte gehabt mit vielen Mücken. Küchenausstattung ist spärlich, wenn man vorhat selbst zu kochen. Kein Öl, kein Salz, Pfeffer oder Ähnliches. Das war echt mau bei dem Preis. Im Bad fehlt es an Haken und auch Handseife gab es keine. Ebenso wäre ein großer Wäscheständer angebracht. Hinten ist nur eine ganz kleine Wäscheleine, auf die aber kaum was drauf passt.

“Wir haben uns an der Costa del Sud sehr wohlgefühlt.”
+Die nahegelegenen wunderschönen Dünenstrände, die Flamingos. Der Ausblick vom Haus auf das Meer und den Torre di Chia. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort und im nur wenige Kilometer entfernten Pula, dessen Altstadt abends zum Bummeln einlädt. Sehr schön ist auch die Inselhauptstadt Cagliari. Den Aufstieg auf die Bastione di Saint Remy sollte man wegen dem herrlichen Rundblick auf die Stadt und den Hafen nicht verpassen.

+Bellissima la vista mare dal terrazzo, si vedeva tutte le spiagge di Chia, dalla torretta a cala cipolla. Ampio appartamento, comodo, c'è tutto
−Solo un suggerimento, quando si è in quattro persone si nota la mancanza di appendimi, soprattutto in bagno.

“Fantastica Chia”
+Tutto bene, accoglienza precisa e gentile, casa pulita e dotata di tutto quel che serve. Condizionatori presenti in tutte le camere. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le principali spiagge della zona in 5minuti di auto, mare stupendo.
−Il cambio biancheria e asciugamani dovrebbe essere effettuato ogni 4giorni e non 7.

+Posizione, struttura, pulizia
−Non c'erano zucchero, olio, sale, articoli che se lasciati in porzioni monodose come fanno molti host (rispettando così le norme igieniche) aiutano l'ospite a non dover comprare confezioni grandi che poi vengono lasciate nell'appartamento. Abbiamo acquistato un ombrellone per la spiaggia e lo abbiamo lasciato alla signora gestrice l'ultimo giorno che ci ha candidamente detto che ne hanno diversi nel loro ufficio lasciati dai precedenti ospiti: non sarebbe il caso di lasciarne uno a diposizione nell'appartamento o avvisare gli ospiti che ne avete alcuni da affidare per i giorni del soggiorno?

“C’était très correct”
+L’écoute du personnel de la réception
−La vaisselle est un peu sous dimensionnée, 5 verres, 3 petites cuillères, 3 tasses à thé… On aurait aimé avoir en plus au moins 4 grands verres, et 4 mugs en plus. Véhicule nécessaire pour rejoindre la mer et faire les courses.

+Posizione, vista e disposizione degli spazi esterni usufruibili tutto il giorno (patio all'ombra anche in ora pranzo). La doccia esterna è un plus, comoda e riparata.
