“Just perfect”
+Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the apartment. The communication was great, everyone was so friendly. The apartment is in a great spot, easy to walk to everything I wanted to see. When I come back to Porto, I will be staying here again. The glass of port with cheese and crackers was a lovely touch :)

“Perfect stay in Porto, exceptional in every way!”
+Property is located in a secure building complex in a fabulously central location for sightseeing on foot. Our second-floor apartment was accessible by lift, quiet, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Reception staff (Antonio and the two lovely lady colleagues) were exceptional, friendly and extremely helpful and most accommodating when, with little notice we needed to book an extra night’s stay.

“Great value for a weeklong stay in a great location in an expensive city.”
+The location was very central to many of Porto's attractions, being in the Sao Bento neighbourhood. At the time of our stay the street outside the property was under construction, but we received notice in advance and it didn't prove to be a problem. Although our apartment was closest to the street, we didn't hear the street construction at all. The apartment itself was clean and secure; the "industrial" feel of the hallways and office took away from the experience but overall the stay was good value for the money. Meeting our host was a very positive experience, and he was extremely hospitable, especially in offering departure day options for storing our luggage.

“Great quiet location in the middle of everything we wanted”

+Great central location, close to the bridge and Santa Catrina. There is a concierge office on site, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The apartment complex is well kept, clean and there is also a car garage. The duplex was sufficient for our needs as a family of four.

+Check-in fácil e rápido. Tudo muito cômodo, com equipe prestativa e simpática. Recebi o código de acesso com antecedência e tudo ocorreu muito bem. Estadia tranquila. Ótimo local, com excelentes comodidades, como máquina de levar, forno, microondas, geladeira, freezer e louças. Banheiro com bom espaço e equipamentos necessários. Recepção ótima. Deixaram um mimo de boas-vindas. Também disponibilizam mapas e dicas. A localização é ótima, próxima aos principais pontos turísticos do Porto. Há restaurantes, mercados e pontos de transporte público próximos. Quarto aconchegante e agradável.
−Não há nada que prejudique a hospedagem. Eu certamente me hospedaria novamente no local e indicaria. Algumas pequenas melhorias podem ser feitas, como a troca da TV por uma SmartTV. Alguns hóspedes deixam as a porta bater, o que gera incômodo para os quartos mais próximos a entrada, pois é pesada e faz barulho alto. Não é um problema com a propriedade, apenas uma constatação que pode ajudar alguns viajantes, mas a rua em frente está em obras (em outubro de 26), e chegar com malas se torna um desafio, pois não há tráfego de carros e o espaço da destinado a pedestres está muito pequeno.
