+Very central location, mini-market 50 m away, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, close to the university. The studio is small but offers everything you need, with a nice view from the kitchen window.

“Immersive experience in the historic center”
+The "Tricana" apartment for 3 people was spacious (2 bathrooms), nicely decorated, and located near the Cathedral. The view of the river and town as the sun set was magical. The owner gave helpful information.
−If you come to this apartment by car, it's important to carefully follow instructions for unloading luggage near the apartment and then finding a paid parking lot. Coimbra's historic center is a maze of narrow streets and the car navigator wasn't reliable and we almost got stuck in a tight street. Our apartment (Tricana) was on the second floor and the staircase was steep. Inside there was another staircase to an attic. The attic didn't have airconditioning, but there was a fan and in the evening there was a nice breeze through the window. The charm of being in the historic center compensated for these discomforts, but elderly people or children may have difficulty adapting. The sink in the downstairs bathroom Is too small and water splashes on the floor. A soft chair could be put near the bottom of the staircase.

+Lo mejor del piso es sin lugar a duda su ubicación en el centro histórico de Coimbra. Muy fácil acceso aunque sea una zona peatonal. Inicialmente teníamos reservado un piso para cuatro personas, pero debido a una avería en el aire acondicionado, nos lo cambió otros dos pisos en el mismo edificio. El piso principal era muy amplio con un salón cocina espacioso. El segundo era un estudio,
−El estudio que si bien tenía de todo, nos pareció un poco pequeño hasta para dos personas al tener un tabique entre la zona de la cocina y la habitación, haciendo que en ninguna de las dos estancias estuvieras realmente cómodo. También destacar que el estudio cuenta con un aire acondicionado movil, que se caracteriza por hacer muchísimo ruido, y no tener ni mucho menos la capacidad de refrigeración que 1 unidad fija. Lo teníamos que parar por la noche para dormir y como nos coincidió noches muy cálidas, pues nos estropeó un poquito la experiencia. Además, por culpa de esa unidad móvil no se podían cerrar correctamente las persianas de la ventana, al estar conectado el tubo de salida del aire. Para aquellos que quieran ver la tele, destacar que en ambos pisos están muy mal situadas y vienen con un dispositivos Smart TV, de tal forma que si bien tienes las ventajas que ofrece este tipo de instalación, para sacarle todo provecho, debes de tener cuentas en los diferentes servicios de televisión.

−Problemas de insonorização. Ouve-se os passos dos vizinhos. Mas estive 6 noites e só na 4a noite é que tive vizinhos mais barulhentos.

−-Geen mail ontvangen met toegangscode - toegezonden code ( ter plekke) was *cijfers#; ondanks telefonische navraag ( wel hekje!) minstens 8x geprobeerd binnen te komen, uiteindelijk ging dat steeds goed - televisie werkt alleen via (betaal-)apps! dus geen voetbal, geen Tour de France! Geen informatie hierover op website en in een manual - bovenste leuning bij binnentrap naar de 2de verdieping is zeer instabiel en derhalve gevaarlijk
