−There is now dishwasher, the kitchen is small and you have to wash dishes every moment. The space for dishwasher is there, but the machine not.

“Was very pleasant. Would go back.”
+The place and the view are stunning. Inside the house is pretty fresh and rooms were big. The pool is small but nice and refreshing. The kitchen is also ok.
−Wasn't really well cleaned as the structure inside is pretty old. The furniture are also pretty old. Fridge was pretty noisy.

“Lovely quiet location for a relaxing holiday with great views”
+Amazing location with wonderful views. Great pool, very quiet. Not too hot despite the August heat. Short drive to the coast and tourist attractions like Pisa, Siena, etc. Lots of nice restaurants in the nearby hill villages.
−Cooking facilities were a little basic. Only one chopping knives, no safety device on the gas stove, no rubbish bags. The terrace was shared with the occupants of the other first floor flat, but they basically took it over so we decamped to the ground floor.

“peaceful, idyllic wind down space”
+Hilltop sunloungers you can drag under the shade of trees or into the sunlight as you please with a spectacular view in each direction. Perfect reading and winding down place. As you imagine a classic Tuscan hilltop stone house sheltered by cyprus and pine trees, quiet, private and plenty of space for just a few appartments. While there breezy and shady even when hot but not sure what it'd be like in extreme heat. Well tended grounds.
−Watch your shins on the protruding bed edges. The sofa and armchairs were not very comfortable which mattered more when there with rain. For a young family perfect: the layout, in apartment D at least, wasn't so great for the other couple who had, a children's twin-bed room serving as a corridor through to the main bedroom and with the bathroom off it. Keys collected from a different address (turn in at the farm signs not the road number) and a slow process added to a long journey but friendly and clear instructions on how to then find the house. If you've space in your car, get your groceries before you go up.

“Incredible location - postcard Tuscany!”
+Incredible location and vista over the surrounding countryside all the way to the sea! Lovely walk along a quiet old road into the charming village of Casale Marritimo.
−In the middle of a heat wave air-conditioning would have been wonderful.
