“Beautiful apartment”
+We have just spent three weeks at this wonderful apartment. We can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need for your holiday and the host was amazing. We got all the information we needed promptly and he even kept us up to date with weather reports. The bed is super comfortable and the roof terrace a real bonus. Ten minutes easy stroll to all the wonderful restaurants El Cotillo has to offer, plenty of parking spaces right outside and a well stocked supermarket right opposite.

+Location was perfect. Been going to Fuerteventura for 25+ years and El Cortillo is my favourite place to stay. The apartment perfect location with 2 supermarkets nearby. Very close to the bus station which is cheap and easy to use and near to some amazing restaurants. The apartment was away from the real touristy part of El Cotillo which was perfect.

“A lovely place for your holiday...”
+The property was ideally located for us, just on the edge of the town, right opposite the supermarket but only a short walk into the centre. Both bedrooms were spacious and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The host kept us fully informed throughout and made everything very easy.

“Great apartment and host”
+Cotillo country are excellent apartments. Stayed a few times, will stay again. Host communication excellent. Good Wifi. Everything you need. Late checkout much appreciated... overall an excellent stay
−minor details: more than 1 large towel would have been nice but washed items dry quickly no air con, but that's very common in the canaries (4 day heatwave where ceiling fans have no impact was a struggle)

+Location. Outskirts, close to the beach (Playa de Castillo and other to the south).
−It may not be obvious to you: this apartment is located real close to the main road leading to El Cotillo. I drove up there several days before booking it and I still did not notice: it’s quite noisy. You get ca. 5 hours of silence, say, between 1 am and 6 am. In the evening the balcony and rooftop terrace were unusable, well, for us, perhaps we have low resistance to noise. Other than that: it’s really nice. Also, I’ve booked hundreds of hotels on Booking.com and at some point I stopped paying attention but this apartment does not offer wifi so be prepared (it’s clearly stated in property description, I just did not notice, my bad).

+Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Man hat einen unverbauten Blick und schaut auf El Roque, die Berge und den Sonnenaufgang. Der sehr nette Vermieter meldet sich auf Anliegen sehr schnell. Sehr angenehm ist der Lebensmittelladen direkt neben an und zum Strand braucht man nur ein paar Minuten.
