+There are many things to like. The facilities are new, it's very well equipped, the remote staff was attentive and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi style was nice. The guides to manage everything are well developed and helpful.
−You get an initial liter of drinkable water and then you need to get your own. It's a Mexico thing though.

“Peaceful, well equipped oasis”
+The calm, quiet and peacefulness. The WiFi was strong and stable. The pool was incredible! And everything in my room was comfortable.
−The shower water was hot, as in, I couldn’t get much cool water. I suspect the water tank is on the roof and in summertime, it just gets hot. Not a big deal.

+We had a great time at Casa Wayra Tulum, the rooms were modern and clean, we were able to drop off our luggage before our check in. Vicente was helpful and quick to respond. Perfect accommodation for a short stay in Tulum.

“A lovely stay in Tulum”
+The apartment was clean and had everything needed for everyday use and a comfortable stay. The location was good if you’re not looking to be close to the beach or the main tourist area. The pool was also very nice.
−Nothing major stood out as negative. However, some parts of the apartment are showing signs of wear and could benefit from being renovated or replaced.
