“Was just ok. Expected much more for the price. Welcome to Tulum, where you get ripped all the time and get poor value.”
+Location was good, felt safe, parking available, have towels and soap/shampoo.
−The property is dated, not as in the photos. Bad smell as you walk in. Water in the faucet is weak, so hard to take a shower. Laundry dryer is not working well, so don’t rely on it. No paper towels, no dishwasher detergent, no laundry detergent. Some appliances did not work. No elevator being on the third floor. Leak in the toilet, ignored when mentioned. Bottom line, this is not a 4 star place so misleading in price versus what you get. Liana was a good communicator most of the time, trying to help resolve problems the best she could. Some were resolved, some stayed as is. Overall, for the price, not worth it. Would not stay again and would recommend to say 3 stars, and should be priced correctly.

+The place was big and the pool was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Close to some nice restaurants and shops. It felt safe and the security guard was lovely.
−The pool was very dirty and nobody came to clean it while we were there. The TV screen was broken and the sink in the main bathroom was blocked. We contacted the host and got no response to any of these issues. It did put a damper on our stay

+The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part.

+Apartment was great, rooms were spacious, everything was working, secured apartment building with gate security. A car is ideal as its not walking distance to the main road but there are some shops right outside of the complex like 7/11

+La casa e’ potenzialmente magnifica ma avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione La posizione immersa nel verde e’ veramente tranquilla
