“Centro close, clean modern facility”
+Professional host attitude, great location, friendly cleaning staff. Communication was excellent and owner went out of way to make sure I was comfortable.
−Ceiling fan blades (ventilador aspas) hadn't been cleaned and when I reversed (should be downdraft blade direction during hot summer climate!) fan speed direction for downdraft (cooling) tremendous amount of lint/dirt/dust flew off the dirty blades. Obviously, overhead fan was neglected for months (years?) in cleaning routine. Otherwise, facility was sparkling clean. Ceiling fans can accumulate much dust and dirt debris on the blades that house cleaning didn't notice. .

“Immaculate and well thought out touches”
+Nicely appointed touches, such as complimentary water, coffee. VERY clean and sanitary Table with chair, refrigerator, kitchen sink. Local cantinas nearby on Miramar street as well as tourist establishment bar/restaurants. Whatsapp video instructions (be sure to watch all four) explained the check-in process.
−Better concealing window shades (a looker could probably peek through the vertical venetian blind when closed) but I didn't find it too concerning.

+Nice big room with a microwave and some basic Kitchen ítems, hairdryer and iron. very quiet building, safe area, out of the most mois y super touritsoc streets, still walk able distance away from all main attractions. Very quick response from staff although i never met then in person

−not so sure if the sheets were changed my husband said thepillowcase didn't smell good I took my own pillowcase so I was fine but in general everything was good

+Me encantó que está super céntrico y a pie de calle con espacio de estacionamiento. Son pet friendly y fueron flexibles con una petición que tuve. Lo necesario para estancias de 1 o 2 noches y si nada más buscas llegar a dormir.
−Las almohadas poco cómodas, me hubiera gustado que tuviera un poco más de utensilios para cocinar o algo para calentar agua.
