“Beautiful cosy apartment”
+Beautiful comfortable apartment. Stayed with my two children and we all loved it. So nice with the bright colours and decor. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking and eating at the apartment. Super friendly and helpful host. Excellent location, a short walk from the train stations, ferries, restaurants, shops etc. Two amazing gelato shops round the corner. Wish we had stayed longer instead of moving to Milan.
−Curtains very thin in kitchen downstairs and there was a light on a sensor outside that kept lighting up in the bedrooms, that is being very picky though!

+We loved it! Everything was nice, clean, comfortable. Great location. Amazing, friendly host and nice touch was bottle of sparkling wine in a fridge and recommendations of places to eat.

“Fairytale-like apartment”
+One of the cosiest and loveliest places I’ve ever stayed at. The design of the apartment is very bright, colorful and positive. You have all the amenities you need ( all the cooking supplies, iron, coffee machine etc ). The location is very central and easy to get everywhere: the harbour is like 5 min away and train station is about 15min. away. Stefano is a very helpful, responsive, gracious and kind host! He even let me check out a bit later ( I was very tired and needed that extra sleep 😅). I’m looking forward to be back next year for another amazing Monza GP!
−Nothing really. Just something to keep in mind is that the big bed is upstairs and if you go to the bathroom/ kitchen at night - be careful, cause there are stairs. But the apartment has a lot of light to turn on in that case.

+Location, friendly staff, everything worked, clean!
−Only observations ... be careful when descending the metal stairs within the flat! Also, no lift, which may make it difficult to ascend 3 floors of stairs for an elderly person with heavy luggage.

“Friends Reunion.”
+Location was quiet in a small pedestrians only narrow street Very close to station, ferry, restaurants & shops. Apartment had necessary air-conditioning. A washing machine & dishwasher. Bedrooms were separated by curtains and had a lot of storage space. Excellent shower & lots of hot water. Fully modernised & brightly decorated apartment. Very comfortable.Stefano was a friendly, helpful host & contacted us on WhatsApp during our 3 nights stay in Como. He spoke good English.
−Entry to apartment is up 3 flights of steep stairs. Could be a problem for a family with young children or older guests. Difficult to take cases to third floor where the apartment is located. No elevator.

“Lovely apartment in the heart of Como old town”
+The apartment is in a great location within the old city, 10-15 minutes walking distance from the 2 train stations, and only a few minutes from the lakeside. All the shops, restaurants, supermarkets, sights and ferries are nearby. There is just about everything you could possibly need provided for you in the apartment, and it is all in good condition and of good quality. Stefano the owner is a great communicator, he makes sure you are well settled in; we stayed 6 nights and we had contact on most of those days just to check everything was ok.
−There was nothing at all which we disliked about the apartment, the only thing that could possibly be a problem for some people is the 51 steps up to the third floor, so not ideal if you have very large suitcases.

+The location is perfect, downtown! 12min walking from San Giovanni train station and 5min walking from como lake. You feel home, from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee cups, water, nothing missing… grazie
