“Spouse & I pleased. Would stay there again.”
+Spacious. Elegant with traditional tile floors, high ceilings with wood vigas. Comfortable sofas & beds. Pleasant pool. 2nd bathroom poolside. Super natural light -sliding glass door in well equipped kitchen gives access to covered patio. Great location: Short walk to Mercado Santiago and Super Aki grocery. 15 min. walk to Parque Santa Lucia & Calle 60.

“A beautiful home to relax in.”
+This place was fabulous, I absolutely loved it! It felt like a gamble when I booked as it was new to booking.com and had no reviews but I am so pleased I took the gamble. The place is actually more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The decoration and furniture is so tasteful, the towels, bedding, kitchenware are all high quality. The air con is effective and quiet and there is a good tv with Netflix/amazon/disney if you fancy a night in. The apartment is an easy 10 min walk from the centre, the street was quiet and felt safe, we parked right outside. The outside pool and seating area was delightful and having a washing machine and dishwasher was a real bonus. Our contact for the property was very quick to respond when I asked questions

+The location is perfect, in the center but in a quiet street. Walking distance to El Mercado de Santiago where you will find an array of fresh fruits and many options to eat. Very casual but great. The house itself it’s comfortable and well equipped.
−I can’t find anything that I didn’t like about the property, just small details that the host quickly responded to.

“A perfect month in Merida!”
+My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Violeta. Nicole was the perfect host who checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was spacious and had a brand new modernized kitchen. It was also stocked with basic supplies (paper towels, garbage bags, etc) so it was not necessary to purchase them. A great feature was the built in water filtration system that provided filtered water in the sink and from the refrigerator. Casa Violeta is in the Santiago neighborhood and is close to charming coffee shops, a new yoga studio, and the Santiago market up the street. It is also within reasonable walking distance to Paseo de Montejo which is one of the main attractions in Merida. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. All in all a great stay!

“Séjour magnifique, maison confortable et idéalement située.”
+L'emplacement était très central, en 10 minutes à pied nous étions en ville. La cour intérieure était fantastique avec la piscine et le salon extérieur, nous y avons passé de très bon moments.
−Le fait que la seule salle de bain à l'intérieur soit reliée à une chambre principale. Les occupants de la deuxième chambre n'avaient pas de salle de bain accessible à moins de sortir à l'extérieur.
