“Well equipped apartments”
+The apartment was quite small, I would say, but well, well equipped with a good option for the breakfast. So basically, it was everything you need for, I would say, a few days to stay and have breakfast with lots of options, a coffee machine with coffee available. What is great that it's located in the city center, there are really, really, on the corner, the great restaurant with really, really nice service and nice food. I highly recommend, there was a bakery, fruit shop and a small family pizzeria. You can also park, not in front, but very close to the apartments, and we always find a place to stay, even in the high season.
−The only thing that it's third floor, please consider, and also there is, on the ground floor, there was guys that usually play really loud music. The apartment is well isolated, but you still hear it, and if you don't like the hip-hop bass, then maybe it's not your choice. The linen was a bit hard and hard mattress.

+The best apartment Ed have stayed in at Grosetto , we come four weeks a year so an absolute find. clean, comfortable and kitchen well stocked with utensils etc so you prepare a meal if you wished . the fridge was stocked for breakfast / snacks . ww have many visiting family so will definitely recommend this one to family and friends

+Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Zentral gelegen. In nur 5 Min. Ist man in der wunderschönen Stadt Grosetto. Ein super freundlicher und lösungsorientierter Gastgeber. Es gab hier leider keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere 2 E-Bikes. Der freundliche Herr hat uns dann allerdings angeboten sie mit uns in den 2.Stock zu schleppen. Hier findet man dann alles vor, was es für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Von Kaffee, Saft über Joghurt, Gebäck bis zum Duschzeug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen von Herzen DANKE.

+Appartamento moderno, pulito, in ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Splendida accoglienza da parte del proprietario Vincenzo, veramente gentile e disponibile, che ci ha deliziato di tantissimi prodotti per la colazione e ci ha lasciato un appartamento fornitissimo (es. Alexa in tutte le stanze, anche in bagno) e tanti altri accessori che sarebbe troppo lungo elencarli tutti. Noi ci abbiamo soggiornato in tre per nove notti e ci siamo stati benissimo. Ripeteremo l'esperienza!

“Perfekt.”
+Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie liegt nah am Zentrum, so dass alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist. Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen, uns alles erklärt und viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Für Rückfragen stand er jederzeit freundlich zur Verfügung.
−Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

+Appartamento veramente carino e ben fornito, posizione ottima, colazione super abbondante, e il proprietario è stato veramente disponibile, gentile, e ha pure avuto il pensiero carino di regalare una bottiglia di vino visto che era il compleanno di mia mamma. Consigliatissimo.
