“A cheap renovation/makeover that is not evident in the advertising pictures. Compared to other places in Italy we’”
+Spacious
−Only some air conditioning units were working - main bedroom not working, 1 of 2 in living room not working. Hairdryer supplied by host could only fit the plug in kitchen and not in bathroom Bathroom door did not close due to water leaking & wood frame swelling Light in 2nd shower did not work No toiletries provided although listed as included Wi-Fi was not high speed, was intermittent and not able to enable zoom calls No linens in kitchen or garbage bags Only 2 electrical wall sockets in the entire apartment fitted travel adapters and phone chargers bought in Italy F Bedside lamps in main bedroom were broken/in disrepair No instructions on how to use washer or dishwasher Skirting boards were falling off corner’s particularly near doors White living room furniture was not clean/tired and worn out. Lounge had a throw to hide the poor quality/stained furniture. Advertising pictures show light fixtures yet these were not there , chairs had covers on the seats to hide the marks-certainly not as pictured on the website. The towel heater above the toilet was rusty & continuously covered in condensation Floors were not clean on our arrival

“I can recommend the place to everyone.”
+The spatious apartment is loated in a reconstructed medieval building in the oldest district of Levanto. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the big living room and the well equipped kitchen made our stay very pleasant.
−no objections

“Pleasant”
+I liked the location, very pretty and near to everything.
−The apartment was very dirty, dusty and you could see that no cleaning had been done before our arrival. There were no soap, toilet paper and other basics that one could expect. The apartment is certainly not suitable for disabled even though the property told me it would be. The most disturbing thing was the dirtiness of the apartment. The beds were old and there were blood stained on the mattress. Kitchen was extremely dirty. The oven was not cleaned after the last season. The sofa in the livingroom and the armchairs were dirty and destroyed. I've been In Levanto and I've seen better and cleaner places to stay with lower price .
