“Very likely to book here again”
+Very clean and well presented. Had everything we needed, and property was very near to family who we were visiting.
−There was no name on the property so not easy to find. The bed needs a new mattress as there was a dip on both sides of the bed, making it a bit uncomfortable. However it is an ideal place for us to stay, so are very likely to book here again.

“Lovely stay, quiet location. Had everything you needed for a nice stay.”
+Very quiet location. Looks small from outside but actually quite spacious inside. Room is bright and airy.
−Bathroom sink was very small and placement of shelves were not very practical.

“Loose dog marred my stay”
+Spacious, comfortable and convenient for the Leach Pottery. The studio was clean but some of the furnishings were starting to get a bit shabby. Everything was fully functional.
−The owner's large dog was loose on my arrival and aggressively growled at me, preventing me from approaching the property. After an 11.5 hour journey and the long steep walk up the hill from the station, this was not the welcome I expected. It was unacceptable to have a large dog on the loose without the owner present, particularly when you're expecting guests. The front of the property opens to the road (no fencing or gate) and the dog was also antagonising other dogs / owners walking by. The dog was regularly loose unattended outside, wandering around the studio throughout my stay and I had to time my exits from the property when it wasn't there and made me anxious when returning to the property.

“We had a fantastic weekend. Accommodation was great and the weather was a bonus.”
+Great place to stay to see St Ives . Casa studio was clean and bed was comfortable, good shower and to have the parking on site was such a great bonus. Easy walk into town and plenty of taxis if you don’t want to walk the hill home. Yenta was great as we arrived early, I phoned her and she kindly said the place was all ready and we could go in. Making the most of our day, thanks.
−Could have done with a sharp knife and a microwave bowl too make scrambled egg or heat milk etc.

“Nice cabin, good location”
+Location was good in St Ives, parking was available, nice cabin with everything needed for a short break.
−Warning about the many large pot holes on the access road would have been nice we were ok in SUV but a lower car may struggle. It would have been nice to have had the heating on before we arrived as it had been very cold and bedding etc felt cold and damp and took sometime to warm up with the heating on full as only a small heater. Shower had hair on the wall tiles which wasn’t nice and the fridge wasn’t as clean as expected in particular the freezer compartment.

“All in all it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights and convenient access to St. Ives.”
+Good location. 20 mins walk to the front. Longer coming back up. Good car parking space. Clean and comfortable.
−Had an iron but no ironing board? (That we could find). Small sink in the bathroom had an issue with very slow flow from the plughole. Needs unblocking. Also the hot water tap from this sink came out slightly discoloured.

“Love st. Ives”
+The good thing was, the studio was 15min walk from ST. Ives centre and sea side. 5 min walk was a supermarket. The studio was very bright with lots of windows…
−For a little place like that you need AC inside because the sun may came by the lunch time and when we arrived at home late afternoon or evening was still boiling… not even a single fan in the room😒The bathroom wasn’t very clean!!! the sink in the bathroom was extremely tiny just to was your hand that’s! If you was your teeth and face was always lot of water on the floor…the mirror in the bathroom way too high… not even a single hook in the bathroom to put the shower towel!!! Not even a single small shelf in the shower room to put shower gel or shampoo & conditioner… the worst part was the bed!!! the mattress was very old that you sank into it🤦♀️ me and my boyfriend we would get up every day with back pain and neck pain and still we have it… The both pillows were very old as well and uncomfortable, to be fair, for the money you pay for staying even for a short time the owner could buy a better bed & pillows. The bed sheets and covers didn’t look very fresh and clean… in the kitchen wasn’t even a single kitchen towel or paper roll. Inside the sugar pot was dirty of coffee! Terrible hygiene 🥲definitely wouldn’t came back here again for this price! Also I didn’t see any bad review
