“Wonderful House. Highly recommend.”
+This is a beautiful house in a quiet, rural area, a few km from Alghero. Car is necessary, but we knew this in advance. The house has a lovely garden and we were visited daily by two friendly cats! Kitchen is fully functional. Bathroom is nice and the bedrooms are spacious. We used the location to visit Alghero and areas a bit further like the National Park with Grotto di Nettuno. As an aside, the family also run the restaurant 'Ok Pizza Evolution'. The Pizza's there were fantastic!
−I think we all found the pillows a bit hard (but the beds were comfortable). For the hosts: you were very friendly and helpful. But please change your instructions for the refuse and recycling. Your instructions state to visit the refuse centre after 20:00 hours. It is actually closed at that time and it is closed on Sundays. Also, you should provide essentials like toilet paper & washing up liquid.

“Nice location but needs improvements”
+The property has a very nice garden. The owner was very nice and allowed us to check-in later than the usual hours.
−It's very noisy (very close to a heavily circulated road), even in the night. Although we staid in mid April, in the night it's very cold (although we used the air conditioning to heat up the place, we still slept with 2 blankets). The main bed it's not that comfortable. One thing I didn't like at all was that we had indications, on the kitchen wall, to carry our trash in the city between the hours: 8 PM and 6AM, but when we got there with the trash, they said we have to come back in the morning because the schedule it's from 8 AM.

“Wonderful place”
+The hosts were really great! Giovanni invited us for coffee and told us what is interesting to visit and even made the booking for us for a tour and wine tasting in the local winery which is one of the biggest in Europe. The whole family was very helpful and client oriented. I also fully recommend their pizzeria in Alghero - Ok Pizza Evolution. Regarding the house, it is as shown on the pictures with a secure parking place. It has a beautiful garden and even a little football playground where my kids loved playing. There are also 2 beautiful and very friendly cats. They were going around but never went into the house, so no danger for people with allergies :)
−I would have appreciated a better hairdryer and some more tea spoons, but anyway for our short stay it was ok.

“Easily the best accomodation in Northern Sardinia”
+I don't know where to begin... - the host is very kind (like all italians we've met) - location is great - the place is very clean - the parking situation was very convenient and safe (closed yard) - we met the papa of the host, a very lovely old man who gifted my old parents some plants to put at home in the ground (I'm not good at this stuff 😂) - the 2 cats on the property are simply the most lovely cats I've seen - the husband of the host owns a pizza place which we randomly decided to visit: BEST pizza we had in Italy, my mother took 2 pizzas 😂 He even gave us dessert on the house 🤗 - Antonella responded to our messages and questions in seconds, all the time and at all hours. We will be back 110%, my parents loved the accomodation.
−Only good things to say. Can't wait to be back in beautiful Alghero.

“Séjour très agréable dans un endroit calme, assez proche en voiture de toutes les commodités”
+Très bon accueil par les propriétaires qui sont venus nous remettre les clés alors que nous avions une arrivée tardive. Antonella nous a transmis en amont tous les conseils et informations importantes pour bien démarrer notre séjour (supermarché, restaurants …) nous avons testé le restaurant de Angelo et je confirme les pizzas sont excellentes!!

“Bardzo dobry punk wypadowy do zwiedzania.”
+Spędziliśmy w obiekcie 4 dni. Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele oczekiwali na nas z kluczami. Na terenie obiektu kilka samodzielnych domków. W domku 2 sypialnie, łazienka i duży kuchnio-salon. Pełne wyposażenie w sprzęt kuchenny niezbędny do bytowania. Uwaga pościel za dodatkową opłatą ale można wziąć swoją. Również gospodarka śmieciami (wywóz) leży po stronie gości co powoduje pewne utrudnienia w związku z koniecznością ich odstawienia do specjalnego punktu. Obok domku spory parking oraz teren zielony. Jest grill, stolik, krzesła..... Dobra lokalizacja ok. 5 km od centrum Alghero. Do największej atrakcji w okolicy Groty Neptuna ok. 30 min. jazdy. Bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Blisko kilka plaży. Bardzo dobry punk wypadowy do zwiedzania.
−W domku można pomyśleć o drobnych poprawkach malarskich, wymianie popękanych płytek i innych drobnych zabiegach korekcyjnych. W czasie pobytu mieliśmy problem z mrówkami jest sporo gniazd przy tarasie można pomyśleć jak temu zaradzić.
