“Perfect location and roof terrace”
+The location couldn’t have been better. Right in the middle of the old town. We ate in the vucciria market twice as it was 2 minutes away. The rooftop has to be one of the best in Palermo. Lots of nice touches throughout the apartment. Very attentive host who responded quickly. The layout is a bit unusual but we actually didn’t mind it as our daughter stayed in the mezzanine above her grandparents and loved it.
−The shower didn’t work but this was fixed with new shower heads by our host which was much appreciated

“Great location and comfortable apartment”
+Fantastic location close to restaurants and cafes. Host was very responsive and quick to help when we accidentally locked our key in the room. Free luggage storage available before checkin which was also very convenient.
−On the weekends some late night drumming noise from a nearby venue however the host did provide ear plugs.

“Fun time!”
+Very spacious, great views, loved the roof terrace. Host very informative with clear instructions.
−The property was great but we didn’t like the next guests ringing the doorbell at 9am.

“Great beautiful apartment in the heart of Palermo”
+Big space, very clean and organised, beautiful view from windows and of course from the rooftop, can handle a lot of people. Very helpful host!
−The layout of the rooms is little weird so make sure your ok with the space sharing with the people with you :)

+The property was very spacious, comfortable, clean and exactly as advertised. The rooftop space and view was a great touch, even if we couldn’t use it much due to the heat wave! Pierpaolo was a very attentive and kind host, always responding quickly to any questions we had while we stayed.
−Nothing!

“Special place, the roof top terrace is superb”
+Great communication from the owner. WhatsApp messages etc made it easy to find and get in. Owner on hand to ask recommendations etc Location is excellent right in the heart of the city. The roof top terrace is the icing on the cake. Great views, nice to chill out and a sun trap. Facilities were good, comfy beds, the layout out of the apartment is good, better than we was expecting. We had no noise issues but ear plugs were provided. Small kitchen was fine, we really only use the fridge. plenty of cups & glasses Two good bathrooms, AC was excellent and needed!
−not much, Wi-Fi could have been stronger, maybe extra towels but that just being picky. Maybe not great if you have mobility issues, stairs up to terrace step.. Maybe another umbrella on the Terrance for extra shade.

“Perfect apartment &location, fantastic host”
+Super clean throughout, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, great rooftop with 360 degree view over Palermo, perfect for sunset drinks. We found lots of extras, tea coffee, wine. Pierpaolo our host was in constant communication, checking in on us, recommending activities and restaurants. We will definitely be booking here again.

“Historic with a Touch of Class”
+Location, location. Spacious , clean , well kept , very hands on owner. Wonderful historic feel with modern amenities
−Water pressure very low which was problematic with 4 guests using shower etc. The fact the kitchen ran off the 2nd bedroom and to reach main bathroom from bedroom 2 you had to cross through the living room but that was a minor issue.
