+Such a great location. Loved the area. Unfortunately it rained so couldn’t use the pool.

“Would recommend Casa Samambaia as a lovely calm refuge away from the busyness of Rio.”
+Our host for our stay was Angelica and she was always on hand should we need anything. Was great when we arrived early and even provided us with umbrellas when it was raining. The suggestion of taxi driver (Everaldo) for airport transfers was also great and we would recommend using him too. The room was spacious for a studio with a large comfortable bed, small kitchenette and lounge area. The bathroom had a lovely powerful shower. We had access to a plunge pool too. The main hub of Santa Teresa is within walking distance but be prepared for hills! we would recommend using Ubers to get to other areas in Rio.
−No complaints.

+Amazing location in Santa Teresa, the most friendly and helpful staff, large room with beautiful view, the shared kitchen and living room were super nice
−On the final day it had rained a lot and our room stayed a bit moist.
