“Great stay, recommend”
+Really nice apartment, with a lot of appliances available. Not too far from the train station and from the beaches. The host is very nice and helpful and was always ready to answer our questions, even on the weekend.
−The beaches were closed down due to construction, which we weren't warned about. It's understandable, but it would have been nice to know so we could plan around it in time. Some dishes were dirty when we arrived.

“A good base for touring Puglia.”
+This was a good sized apartment with good facilities for two couples. There's a balcony by the kitchen/dining that we made good use of. Car parking was easy. There are some beaches nearby and with a car it's easy to visit lots of lovely locations in Puglia such as Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Ostuni. We also visited Matera and Lecce. It is a bit of a walk (30 minutes), but the old town of Monopoli is beautiful once you get there.
−We were surprised about the minimal amount of basic supplies in the apartment such as: rubbish bin liners, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher capsules, washing machine powder, shower gel and toilet paper. When we mentioned this to our host we got a very curt response and no further supplies. We also had a couple of inconvenient power outages while there. Interactions with the host were by message only and very impersonal - we never knew their name for example.

+The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to the center and beaches, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was very kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the balcony and the spacious kitchen area.
−Honestly, nothing. Everything was as expected or even better.

+The hosts were very pleasant and easy to communicate. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed for a week stay. Easy to park. 15 minutes walk to the centre , 10 minutes by car to a lovely beach. Various bars where you can grab breakfast, supermarkets, and pharmacies within walking distance.

“Very good”
+Clean and comfortable apartment. Parking with quite a lot of available places just in front of the house. 20 minutes on foot to the down town
−Parking isn't available on Tuesdays because of a market placed just on the street of the house. The market itself was fine. The street was quite noisy with quite a traffic, so we had to keep the windows closed. We were 4 friends not couples but on both double beds were only single big sheets, good for marriages but not friends.
