“It was okay, but next time i would pay a little bit more to stay in a nicer part of the city.”
+It was clean, there was AC, the bed was comfortable
−The neighborhood is a little bit sketchy, not really nice, looks scary at night. It’s kind of disappointing to go downstairs like you are sleeping in the basement.

+The beach is within walking distance. There is an Italian market nearby with an unclear schedule. A little further is Lidl. 20-minute walk to places of interest.
−Slum location with lots of trash everywhere. I understood for myself, using the example of Catania, that it is necessary to view the address on Google object.

“Umidità 5⭐L”
+Non mi è mai capitato che non mi sia mai piaciuto niente. Ma c'è sempre la prima volta.
−La zona lascia molto a desiderare, se non si ha la macchina è meglio optare per una zona diversa. La camera molto, molto, molto piccola ed angusta . Mancava anche di un armadio o di un qualcosa per i vestiti. Ma il vero e fondamentale problema grave di questo posto è l'umidità. Talmente umido che lenzuola, cuscini e letto sembrava fossero bagnati. Il bagno anche esso con vari problemi, dal bidet " mobile" all'assenza totale di una mensola o di qualcosa dove poter poggiare gli oggetti. Nemmeno un sapone c'era, che per fortuna in ogni caso ho sempre dietro. Riassumendo l'umidità è un serio e grosso problema e io ancora non mi spiego come siano possibili le autorizzazioni in certi locali. Fortunatamente l'incubo è durato soltanto 1 notte. Diversamente non saremo rimasti. E anche questa è la prima recensione pessima della mia vita. Io un posto così non lo avevo mai beccato.

+Proche de l'aéroport, à 20 min à pied du centre de Catania et 10 min de la plage.
−C'est un sous-sol. Pas de fenêtre pour aérer l'appartement, Odeur d'humidité et de moisi. Des insectes se promenent dans la salle de bains. On entend des bruits de grattement derrière les cloisons. Pas d'insonorisation. La porte en acier et vitrage simple laisse passer tous les bruits de la route Pas de couverts, pas de verre, pas d'assiette juste un petit frigo. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas et n'était pas connectée à la télédistribution. Les infos wifi étaient incorrectes. Endroit à éviter si vous avez d'autres option. Malheureusement la location étant non annulable, j'ai été obligé de rester.

“Un cauchemar, j’avais peur d’y retourner le soir”
+Rien !! Si une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo. Matelas confortable.
−L’emplacement est vraiment horrible et lugubre et sale, un vrai dépotoir ! La propreté du logement laisse vraiment à désirer. Le frigo fait beaucoup de bruit et perd de l’eau au pied du lit. Une odeur d’égout flotte dans l’air, probablement dû à l’environnement. L’endroit est très bruyant jour et nuit, pas de fenêtre et impossible de laisser la porte ouverte. Je déconseille absolument.

“Proprio una bella vacanza…”
+Il gestore è stato gentilissimo e molto premuroso. L’alloggio è in una buona posizione, a metà strada tra centro commerciale, spiaggia e centro.
−Passaggio di macchine continuo che rendono l’alloggio rumoroso anche di notte. Umidità. Manca in stanza un mobile per vestiti.
