+Cleanliness, wonderful views and extremely well stocked pantry and refrigerator. Alongside milk bread and essentials we also had fresh fruit and snacks to enjoy on our arrival
−The steep driveway was difficult to find and manoeuvre. Clearer instructions on its exact location prior to arrival would have been appreciated.

“Wonderful location. Lovely new property - very well equipped . A few facility issues.”
+Fantastic views. Wonderfully equipped. Two separate bedrooms on the lower floor that share a very well impressive bathroom. The other bathroom is on the upper floor off the main living area and is a wet-room with shower. This property is part of a bigger property that is still being built. It felt like the owners had just moved out. They provided an enormous amount of food and supplies. The BBQ area is spectacular.
−The hot water system was not turned on when we arrived and there were no notes for us. We had to call to get it turned on after a couple of cold showers. The water supply failed (apparently not unusual for this Mani village) and when we called the owners had to send someone to turn on the emergency supply tank. We cannot fault the owners responses but it would have been nice to have some notes on the property that mentioned these and other things. It is not a short walk to the beach even though it may look it on the map. You are a long way up. Which is great for views but not so much for getting back from the beach - best to use the car.

−Although it is very close to the sea, it is not a walking distance from the beach.

+The house is stunning, beautifully maintained, and extremely well equipped. It has everything you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, outdoor kitchen, and a lovely seating area with breathtaking views. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and generous, welcoming us with fresh fruit, coffee, and other goodies waiting in the kitchen. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

+We truly enjoyed our 4 nights at this wonderful maisonette. The views are spectacular from all of the different terraces and balconies. It is very tastefully decorated, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts had even provided quite generous supplies (milk, cheese, cold meats, bread cereals, etc), which we very much appreciated. A wonderful stay, would highly recommend it.

+The house and location were fantastic. Everything about the house was exceptional. Everything was clean, the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious. What we really loved was that the hosts had filled the fridge with foods and treats. They went over and above, which I have never come across. It was really appreciated. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will most definitely be returning.
−Everything was exceptional, the only thing I can suggest, is that you have a sign on the road to direct where to drive down to the property.

+Absolutely loved our stay! 🌟 The place was spacious, beautifully equipped, and offered breathtaking views. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive: extra coffee pods, towels, and sheets were provided without hesitation. Generous food offerings made it feel extra special. Highly recommend!

“Exceptional place”
+Exceptional property, tastefully arranged, furnished and decorated. Leaves nothing to be desired. The photos don't do it justice. Very welcoming and kind hosts, last time we felt so looked after was ~15 years ago... Would most certainly return to this place a few times - the region of Mani is amazing and requires more than a few days for proper exploration.
−Prepare for your arrival ahead of time, examine satellite images to identify the access road. No access problem once you know where to turn, though.
