“Hosts should inform guests they'll come to subway pickup earlier, then all our issue will gone.”
+Room is big, kitchen facilities were plenty. Once familiar with the place, the apartment is easy to find; however, if take a wrong exit after getting off subway station, Google will have a lot of difficulties guide to the right way.
−Host's instruction was confusing. She told us to get off at SARZANO/SANT' AGOSTINO stop, that's good; however, she missed mention there are two exits for the subway station: On the sign (as shown on attached photo) turn left points to Piazza Sarzano, go straight exit to Mura Della Marina. We weren't aware of the difference at that time, so went straight exit to Mura Della Marina, which turn out to be a mistake: Google map then had a lot of difficulties direct a proper route to the apartment. Ended up a lot of frustration finding the place. The 2nd confusion: when we informed her that we are on the train towards Genoa, her message didn't mention her daughter will be on the subway station to receive us, and send us a map assuming we won't have any issue, so right after getting off the subway station, we went out searching the road, she then sent a message saying "Do you want Iris go to the subway station to receive you?" -- the message had some delay so we didn't know she sent her daughter at that time, and got lost on the road. At that time, she sent us the message, saying that we should take PIAZZA SARZANO exit when getting off the subway, but we were very confused at that time alr

“Great apartment in the center”
+This was a lovely stay in a very big apartment near the San Donato cathedral. The hosts Barbara and Francesco were so kind and they even let me bring my luggage early. They also left a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge for me and one of water. You can find everything you might need even for a longer stay. I did not get to use the kitchen but it was fully equipped. The bathtub is big and great for relaxation and the bed is really comfy.

+Barbara, the host was fantastic. She was kind, helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent. Barbara, took the trouble to come to the train station to fetch us. Apartment was great. My husband was delighted that she had left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge.
−Stairs -but if you are staying in the old town then one needs to expect no lifts. Location was good
