+The property was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and their recommendations for local attractions and restaurants were extremely helpful. We also appreciated the welcome snacks and drinks provided on arrival. The house is well equipped, including the kitchen, which has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed as a couple and found the accommodation spacious and comfortable for two people. A major advantage of Casa Marisol is the availability of two kayaks, which offer unique opportunities to explore the coastline and nearby sea caves from the water. There are several beautiful beaches nearby. However, having a car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the area and explore the different beaches and attractions along the coast. We also enjoyed the walking trail that follows the route of an ancient Roman road and offers spectacular coastal views. Although the terrace does not offer a sea view, this is more than compensated for by the pleasant shade of the surrounding pine forest and the wonderful birdsong in the mornings and evenings. −Nothing significant. The nearest beach was affected by the severe storm that hit Sardinia in February 2026. The main impact was the large amount of Posidonia seagrass deposited along the shoreline, which reduced its appeal for swimming. However, this is obviously beyond the hosts' control. The beach is still perfectly suitable for walking and for launching the kayaks.

“Exceptional”
+We've recently returned from this wonderful place where we spent our vacation. Our hosts helped us to solve the issues with the car on the first day after arrival. We are sincerely grateful to them. The house is comfortable and very clean. We were really surprised to see that the kitchen was full of various of drinks, food and local sweets. There are two cosy beautiful terraces which are surrounded by pine trees and a place for barbecue. It takes about 5-6 minutes of slowly walking to get to the local beaches. There are both quite big beach with sand only and several smaller ones surrounded by rocks. It is better to have a car because there aren't any shops in the Pinus Village. I definitely recommend this cozy, calm, perfect place with such a friendly hosts.

“Comfortable and quiet in mid September, perfect for us”
+Comfortable accommodation and with everything we needed.
−Nothing for us but please note that the description does not have easy access if potential guests have mobility issues. Though the property is good the development is somewhat run down with a couple of wreaked cars nearby.

“Relaxing Stay at Casa Marisol”
+Antioco and his wife were wonderful hosts. The house was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We appreciated the drinks, cookies, and espresso machine. We stayed here for 6 nights (4 adults and a 2 year old), and we will definitely be back in the future. The house is located within walking distance of a very beautiful beach. It was also in close proximity to many beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Antioco was also helpful, and he recommended really great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Marisol.

“Great location for staying with kids.”
+We really liked the location as we were staying with family. Proximity to a beautiful beach was very important to us. Also, this small beach was not too crowded in the middle of July. We enjoyed the espresso machine very much and homemade cookies we got from the host. We had a great time. Thank you!
−The only comment is the water pressure from the taps. Everything else was great.

“Exceptional”
+The appartment was situated on the ground floor among pine trees that made a great shadow during warm days. There were insect nets in windows! The nearest beach was the best for us because it was small with few people from the nearest appartments. We liked this calm place :-) As a courtesy of the host we found non-alcoholic drinks, wines and beer in the fridge, crackers, nutella, jam, sweets and amaretto dolci - that was great - Thank You!
−The host could pay more attention to cleaning the shower.

“Je recommande”
+L'emplacement et le logement fonctionnel avec tous les équipements. La terrasse agréable dans la pinède au calme. L'accès à la plage à pied. Le panier de bienvenue et l'accueil du propriétaire.
−Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de petite supérette ou commerce dans la résidence.

+Es war eine tolle Wohnung mit super Ausstattung. Der "Hausstrand" hat uns sehr gut gefallen und vorallem, dass wir mit den Kayaks an der Küste vorbei paddeln konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und die Antworten kamen prompt. Die Tipps waren alle super. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

+Veliko prostorno stanovanje z 2 terasama. Pralni stroj in odlicno za susenje oblacil. Lastnika sta bila zelo prijazna. Pripravila sta nam čudovito dobrodošlico. Na voljo pripomocki za otroke za kopanje ter dva kanuja za uporabo. Mirno.
−Plaža v naselji je bila v celoti prekrita s travo in ni bila primerna za kopanje. 😐
