+Modern, clean apartement. Had lot of appliances, everything we needed. Good shower, comfy bed, air condition and tv in both rooms. Good location, 5-10min walking from beach and restaurants. Parking on the street was free, always found a space nearby.
−Air condition and water system made wierd noices.

“Nice and well appointed apartment.”
+We were met on arrival and shown our apartment. Very light and well appointed quite modern and good kitchen. Complimentary coffee, cakes etc and water in the fridge was a lovely welcome. Bed was so comfortable! Shower pressure was great. Lovely Seaview from bedroom balcony. A couple of minutes walk to beach, cafes and restaurants. Shout out to a great little place called Bar Sport who made the best Aperol Spritz and had yummy granita! The owner was such a kind man. We were 15 minutes from Valley of Temples and about 30 minutes from Scala dei Turchi. Perfect stay.
−The only thing that you need to be aware is apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator! But it’s worth the climb!

“Ottimo alloggio”
+Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale e molto moderno. C’era tutto l’occorrente (asciugamani, stuzzichini, frigo, fornelli e un sapone shampoo/doccia). Buona la posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia (noi lo abbiamo fatto in macchina) ma anche per il lungomare con molti ristoranti. Gentilissimo anche il proprietario.
−All’apparenza da fuori non sembra bella tanto quanto dentro. Ci sono due piani di scale, un po’ scomodi con la valigia, ma fattibili.

+Уютные стильные апартаменты для комфортного отдыха с неплохим видом на море. На набережной была бесплатная парковка.
−Долгое заселение. Летом практически невозможно найти свободное место для машины рядом с апартаментами. В аппартаменты хочется добавить пару стульев на балкон и зонт для пляжного отдыха.

“Perfekte Lage ! Ich sehe das Meer 🌊”
+Super Lage! Durch eine kleine Gasse ist man direkt am Lungomare, wo sich viele Restaurants und Bars, Kiosks, Imbiss befinden.Nach überqueren der Straße ist eine wunderschöne Strandpromenade und man ist sofort am Badestrand und am wunderschönen Porto von San Leone. Das Appartement ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll renoviert. Schöne Farben, schönes Design, tolle Aufteilung. Wir hatten sogar etwas Meerblick, obwohl es den eigentlich nur im Appartement nebenan hatte. Man wohnt sehr einheimisch, was uns sehr gefällt.
−Anfangs war es nicht überall sauber, das wurde aber prompt erledigt und von einer sehr freundlichen Dame gründlich nachgereinigt. Der Vermieter war auch lösungsorientiert und wir erhielten eine Rückerstattung. Danke dafür! Ein paar Wäscheklammern mehr und zwei Stühle auf dem Balkon, wären toll. Frische Handtücher musste ich nachfragen. Preis-/Leistung passte in unserem Fall nicht. Wir haben uns aber tatsächlich sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

+Охайна, чиста та сучасна квартира, добре оснащена. З балкону вид на море. Тихі сусіди, до моря пішки 6 хвилин.

+Apartman je bio jako čist, lijepo je uređen s novim namještajem. Komunikacija s vlasnikom je bila odlična.
−Apartman je očigledno nekad prije bio jedan stan koji su podijelili na dva manja apartmana. U apartmanu do nas su bila mala djeca koja su vrištala do dugo u noć i to se baš jako čulo u našem apartmanu. Zaspati sam mogla samo uz upotrebu čepića za uši.
