+Once you got into the unit it was clean and well appointed with all amenities.
−Getting access to the unit was tricky and stressful. There should be a decent sign on the wall or door saying " Casa Lupaie" The Owner obviously has a connection with the nearest coffee shop downstairs, but the people working there had no idea who or where Casa Lupaie was or how to contact anyone ? Luckily we got help from another coffee shop assistant who finally got through to the owner and we got the keypad code for the apartment. It was very stressful at the time. Also there were parties in the square on the Friday and Saturday nights which went on until 3 to 4am. We not sure if this is normal or was just that time of the year ? So, I would strongly recommend that a decent SIGN is put up and in the prior communication from the Owner, that he sends the keypad code a day before, rather than asking to be phoned on arrival.

“Huge apartment .. relaxed time with modern comforts and style whilst retaining historic architecture, in a great spot.”
+We loved this property!! Huge, well designed/ renovated apartment in an historic building, fully equipped and in a buzzing part of the city with a great vibe. The huge window (which opened) overlooking the square was stunning. Loved having breakfast at the cafe bar downstairs and watching the world go by. Great shower. Would recommend to all.. even the 57 steps became part of the experience and allows me to work off the pastiociotti! Would love to return

“We had an unforgettable few days at Casa Lupiae. We would come back a thousand times over!”
+The property is beautiful, and the host was incredibly attentive. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and gave us vouchers for breakfast. At first, we couldn’t find one towel and he immediately called us and explained everything. We had a wonderful stay!

+Great location, the flat is fantastic. Super clean, and decorated in a really unique way. We loved the original paintings of the archers in the bedroom. Also enjoyed the view of the lively square under the apartment.

“Spacious and Stunning Apartment in the Centre of Lecce”
+The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. It is in an ideal location, convenient to the train station, and steps away from plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the main sites. The breakfast in the cafe downstairs was a great way to start each day. The hosts communicated well and even gifted us a bottle of wine, which was much appreciated!
−The entrance to the apartment is difficult to find as it is in a courtyard around the back of the property. It would have been helpful to have had some instructions and images for how to find it ahead of time.

“Fabulous”
+The appartment is in a great location- a few minutes walk to the centre in quiet residential area with fabulous view out over historic building.It is beautifully furnished with lots of thoughtful extras - good Bluetooth speaker, loads of glasses and crockery, good knives etc and interesting art.
−Nothing. There are about 50 steps up to it as on second floor which may not suit everyone

+This property gives the full Italian Villa experience. It’s very well appointed and has all the amenities you could need. The complimentary bottle of wine was a really nice touch and was very appreciated
−Nothing was negative. The one suggestion would be to provide more precise directions to where it’s located. It’s tucked away in a lovely little courtyard but even the locals couldn’t help us find it
