“Nice apartment but lack of communication and information”
+The apartment was nice and renovated, and the bedroom was quite large. When asked for help getting into the apartment, the host arrived very quickly. The air conditioning worked quite well but you had to have it at around 23c or the condensation dripped onto the floor but that temperature was comfortable for me. The wifi worked well but you had to know to scan the QR code on the back of the router box as no instructions were provided. The apartment was equipped with dishes and cutlery and pots and pans.
−I took public transit to get to the property. Once you came out of the Metro, you had to walk about 500 metres , 300 metres of it was straight up a hill about 10 streets to get there. It was steep and the street the apartment was on had a lot of stairs. If I'd known, I would've walked up another street that cars could drive up.I had trouble finding the apartment as it was very dark. I asked neighbours for help. I had to call the host to ask him how to get into the apartment because he forgot to give me a code for the lock box. I didn't know that this was how I was to get into the apartment. It was very dark so it was difficult to see the numbers on the lock box.I used my phone flashlight. He only wrote to me in Italian though I asked questions in english. The stairs to go up to the apartment were very steep and narrow. The shower was terrible. Barely any water came out as the hose was spraying out on the side and not staying upright. There was no soap for the shower other than a tiny bit left in a bottle of hand soap for the sink. There was dark long hair on the floor in several areas of the apartment. +Localização boa. Confortável. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Varanda com boa vista para a rua. Geladeira e fogão funcinando bem.
−Descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava bem. Demorava muito para encerrar o despejo de água o que gera disperdício. Acabei utilizando um balde para dar a descarga de maneira eficiente. Chuveiro um pouco desregulado. Apesar de funcionar , o jato de água estava precisando de ajustes. A cozinha poderia ter um microondas, uma chaleira para aquecer e outros acessórios para preparar refeiçoes simples. Foram disponibilizado muito pouco detergente, sabão e não havia sabão para máquina de lavar, diferentemente das várias outras acomodações que estivemos anteriormente. São pequenos detalhes que poderiam ser ajustados, mas no geral o apartamento é muito bom e confortável.
