“Great appartment, very nice host”
+Perfect location, close to everything but far away to be outside of the tourist noise. Appartment was very clean, shops, restaurants close by. Great Gelato shop just arround the corner. My wife forgot a necklace, when we contacted the property it was quickly found and send by mail. Thank you very much I has great sentimental value.

“Exceptional value, beautifully appointed, fabulous location, lovely host.”
+Very centrally located on a quiet street only a 20 mins walk from just about everything. Suite was beautiful, clean, well appointed with great amenities. Lorena was wonderful to deal with, very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Florence/Firenze.
−Screens on the windows would be my only request. My son got some very bad bug bites.

“Great stay and great location.”
+We really enjoyed this stay, Lorena was very responsive and helpful. The place is located in a residential neighborhood so its quiet, but its an easy walk to sights. There's a bus stop a block away that serves several buses that go near the main train station. The shops in the area aren't as touristy as those in the main section. Its right around the corner from the Brancacci Chapel, which is something we wanted to see. It was great to have a microwave and washer as well.

“Fantastic spot”
+We loved Casa Lorena. It was extremely well set up for a comfortable stay - had everything we needed. Stylishly furnished but also comfortable. Lorena was so nice and kind. The location is away from the main tourist areas but still within easy walking distance. Good restaurants and cafes in the close vicinity with a supermarket minutes walk away.

“We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay here.”
+The host was waiting for us when we arrived. The neighborhood was safe. There is a supermarket closeby. Walkable distance to the attractions and the central bus and train station. The rooms and the linen was very clean. The host suggested a few dining options which was very helpful.

“Pleasant”
+Our two-night stay had its pros and cons. The house's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. We really appreciated the owner's kindness and flexibility in providing the keys in advance, which made our arrival very smooth.
−However, the apartment itself felt quite old and could benefit from some updates. The bed in the living room was noticeably old and quite uncomfortable, making for a restless night. The bathroom door was also a bit of a struggle - the sliding mechanism wasn't working well, making it difficult to close and almost impossible to open from the inside once fully shut. There was also a distinct, somewhat musty smell throughout the house, likely due to its age. While the location and owner were positives, the issues with comfort and functionality did impact our overall experience.

+Gostamos muito da recepçao da Lorena, muito simpatica e prestativa. A localizaçao do apto, em San Frediano é otima. Nada a reclamar da limpeza . Tivemos só um problema com o colchão do sofá cama. Obrigada, Lorena .
