+The only positive aspect of this property was its location, which is very close to the Old Town.
−Unfortunately, everything else was a complete disappointment. Our check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we were only able to access the apartment around 6:00 PM because nobody was there when we arrived. The apartment was not ready: there were no bed sheets or towels, it was dirty, had a strong mouldy smell, and there were insects inside. During the night, even more bugs appeared and we were bitten while sleeping. We had to wait another hour for someone to bring the bed linen and towels, and we had to make the bed ourselves. Even worse, the mattress was stained with urine, so we had to turn it over to be able to sleep. When we wanted to leave because of these unacceptable conditions, the agency told us that we could leave but we would not receive any refund. They showed no concern about our experience, even after we told them we would leave an honest negative review. Communication was very poor. They did not reply to our messages through Booking.com, and they repeatedly demanded the city tax in cash, even though we offered to pay by card. They promised to send us an online payment link but never did. This was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I

−there was a lot of light in the apartment because there was no curtains or blinds, the apartment was a bit dirty when we arrived

+Perfect location, friendly stuff..
−A lack of some basic things in the apartment - like dishes (two cups for 4 of us), some basic ingredients (salt, sugar, oil), you must by a 1kg for few days, because you don't have choice... also the stove is on gas, and only two plates are working, and they are so week, that you need a 30min to boil an egg for example... So advise for owners - little things make perfection, keep that in mind...😉

−The apartment looked like it was not being cleaned after the previous guests, the shower was all moldy. There was no way to feel comfortable there.

+La posizione vicino al centro e il fatto che c erano lenzuola e teli x bagno compresi nel prezzo
−Non molto pulito, dentro i mobili dove c erano piatti e bicchieri c'era una bella polvere e anche nei vari cassetti posate ecc.ecc.. C erano buste di caffè e altro aperti..che cmq NON avrei mai usato. Nei cuscini sembrava ci fosse dentro lana arrotolata, addirittura uno legato da una parte con un nodo. I muri vicino alla cucina perdevano la pittura che cadeva a terra..X non parlare del, Posteggio..diversi giorni abbiamo aspettato un ora prima di trovare un posto, non lo consiglierei

+Wspaniała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do starówki oraz do komunikacji miejskiej.

−La publicité mensongère Donné pour 2 chambres et 3 lits et possibilité de se garer dans la rue Il n'y avait qu'une seule chambre de plus pas fermée par rapport à la cuisine et au séjour Quant aux 3 lits il n'y en avait qu'un seul plus un petit clic clac et un lit d'appoint pour lequel il n'y avait pas de draps Pour se garer dans LE QUARTIER c'était mission impossible Pour le check in et le check out ça a été du harcèlement... j'ai eu l'impression que plusieurs personnes (IA???) reposaient les mêmes questions sans tenir compte des réponses que j'y avais déjà apportées et qu'il avait approuvées
