“Low value for the money”
+Great location, close to the beach and a walking distance to the city center. Sufficient space inside. Nice white towels. The furniture (except beds) is very nice. AC available.
−After you open the main door of the property, it looks different than from outside. The apartment has one exit in an inner courtyard, common with other apartments, that can be very noisy depending on the other guests. There is a lot of light coming in through the shades in the night in both bedrooms, the floors are very squeaky, the beds are very squeaky, and the mattresses have springs that you really feel. The kitchen is not very well equipped, and going to the bathroom during the night is a challenge because there are 2 high steps before entering the bathroom and 2 inside, and you can lose some toe nails because of the difference between the room levels. One bedroom door is not fully closing. The owner was very pushy with the payment, and we did not receive a receipt.

+The location of the house is very close to the seaside and to the old town. The house/courtyard cat is very welcoming :)
−During the discussion with the owner, it felt like he was doing us a favour for renting us the house for only one night. The towel used when coming out of the shower was very dirty (could have been removed altogether) and there was no soap on the bathroom sink, which for me is basic hospitality requirement. The courtyard described is actually shared with others, and it feels a little intrusive since even the bathroom window is oriented towards the courtyard.

+Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja blisko plaży.
−Łózka trzeszczące i średnio wygodne. Układ pokoi przejściowy, można biegać dookoła. Niektóre rzeczy już mocno zmęczone.

“Старинна романтична къща”
+Здравейте на всички!Харесах къщата от Букинг и се доверих,за което не съжалявам.Улицата се оказа тиха,паркират коли само за околните домове.Стопанинът ни изчака повече от два часа от уговоренето време,защото закъсняхме поради гилямо задръстване при Южна и Северна Еуфория-курорти преди Констанца.Самата къща е прекрасна,в стил арт- деко с интериор от старинни виенски мебели.Има три спални с чудесни матраци и свежо постелъчно бельо,,удобна,широка баня с тоалетна+перална машина.Кухнята е малка,но модерна и достатъчна за трима човека,,а от нея се излиза във вътрешния двор,където ни очакваше Мици-рижава дружелюбна котка.Плажът е през една насрещна уличка и кръстовището на съвсем близкия крайбрежен булевард.А центърът на стария град със забележителности е на десетина минути разстояние пеша.В съседство има Художествена галерия с множество творби на румънски художници.Наляво от адреса ни,на булевард Фердинанд,срещу хотел Фердинанд има автобусна спирка,от която с автобус номер 540 отидохме за 20 минути до курорта Мамая. Разгледахме отгоре с помощта на лифта ( 7 евро в едната посока) добре запазени хотели от времето на социализма.Не е презастроено,има градинки и широка дълга плажна ивица.Суве
−Не ми харесаха комарите в късния следобед и вечерта.Добре ,че на прозорците в къщата има мрежи,които ни спасяваха от жителите насекоми.

+Locatia este ok!
−Proprietarul, prin tot felul de observatii, a reusit sa ne arate ca este nemultumit de prezenta noastra acolo!! Cu parcarea nu este asa de simplu! Daca esti cu o singura masina, poti sa stai pe locul proprietarului, dar daca esti si cu o a doua masina, risti sa fi sunat din cand in cand sa muti masina!( ceva rau!)!! Bucataria, este impropriu spus " complet utilata"! Lipsa apei calde si a unei tigai in care sa faci o omleta, nu poate sa te bucure!

+Страхотно местоположение. Уникално обзавеждане в стаите. Домакинът се беше погрижил за всичко. Дебелата котка на двора беше бонус 😉
−Осъзнавайки, че се настанявате в частен дом, а не хотел, просто няма какво да не ви хареса. Всичко беше идеално.

+Maison parfaitement placée entre la plage et la vieille ville. Spacieuse et bien aménagée. Si nous repassons par Constanta nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
