“Clean and well located flat in Naples”
+Very clean, includes all the necessary amenities, and in a convenient location.
−For people with mobility issues: it is on the 4th floor so the stairs may be too steep for some people.

+The accomodation is basic but as described in the description. You get all you need, bed, bathroom, towels, coffee machine, fridge, kitchen cutlery. The location is convenient, close to the station, close to the centre, close to the beach; however not in the busiest street, so it is a bit more quiet than other streets.
−The building itself is very old, this is part of the city of Napoli. So, the doors are old and you need to know the trick to open the doors. It is good that someone from the property is there with you to learn the trick. He was on time so this did not pose a problem.

“Excelent option to see beautifull Naples and Amalfi Coast. We really entojed”
+Perfect location. Close to train station, sea, city centar, but in a quite street. Apartment was with enought space for two couples equiped with all necessary things. Also, very clean and warm.
−3rd floor without elevator, small and tiny stairs.

“Großzügig und gut gelegen!”
+Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit bequemen Betten, schön eingerichtet, top für zwei Pärchen oder getrennt Schlafende. Gut ausgestattet, Shampoo etc. vorhanden. Lautstärke der Straße ok.
−Geschirrtücher und Messer zum schneiden in der Küche wären noch super, die Handbrause der Dusche leckt, der reguläre Duschkopf funktioniert aber gut. Lage im dritten Stock mit hohen Stufen ohne Aufzug ist zu beachten!

+La casa es espaciosa y esta muy bien equipada. Tiene cacerolas, pava eléctrica, cafetera (Mario dejó capsulas muy amablemente) y nos regalaron unos champánes para fin de año. Pueden estar dos parejas cómodamente. Los ventanales hacia la calle son muy bonitos. Mario estuvo atento durante toda la estadía y fue muy amable. Además esta a 15 min del centro y muy bien conectada.

“Appartamento a due passi da tutto in zona tranquilla”
+Appartamento accogliente e molto pulito. Il letto più comodo che abbia mai trovato. La zona è centrale, di fronte alla sede dell’Universita’, ma all’interno di una viuzza silenziosa, a 2 minuti dalla metro Università o Duomo. A piedi da Umberto I percorrendo la vivace Via Mezzocannone si arriva a Spaccanapoli in 10 minuti e da Via Duomo si raggiunge velocemente anche la Cattedrale, insomma il centro e’ a due passi. Alle spalle c’è l’ingresso al Porto da dove siamo partiti per Capri, una meraviglia. Ci hanno gentilmente fatto lasciare le valigie oltre l’ora del check out. Consiglio di andare a mangiare alla Trattoria Antico Borgo proprio sotto casa, ne vale la pena! Napoli non si finisce mai di scoprire, io me ne sono innamorata e ci torno spesso. FORZA NAPOLI 😍
−Faccio presente che le scale non sono adatte a chi ha problemi di deambulazione o anziani. Per il resto non c’è nulla di cui lamentarsi, solo alcune piccole cose: non c’era la moka (non me lo sarei proprio aspettata a Napoli! ci sono le cialde ma non sono la stessa cosa e comunque non sufficienti), non c’è un bollitore elettronico a mio parere fondamentale soprattutto per gli stranieri e consiglio di lasciare spugnette per la cucina nuove ad ogni ospite.

−Changer la machine à café qui fuit par le dessous. Verifier la porte du frigo, la partie congélateur était remplie de glace.
