“A gorgeous little property if you want to explore the area.”
+A beautiful property with everything you need. There was water, wine, milk and fruit in the fridge for us which is a lovely gesture. The host José, met us at the property and gave us some tips and ideas for things to do. Air con worked really well which was great as it was very high temperatures on our visit.

+We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. It was comfortable, welcoming and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it. Also big thanks to Jose Juan who went beyond expectations to make sure our staying was as smooth as possible🥰
−One small suggestion, particularly for guests with mobility difficulties, would be to consider adding a banister or handrail to the stairs. This would provide some extra support and reassurance and would make an already lovely property even more accessible and comfortable for everyone. Overall, a wonderful property and we would definitely stay again!

“Excellent option for a comfortable stay in Elche”
+(Duplex) A quite stylish, recent place with two real bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a great kitchen / dining room open to the rooftop terrace. Air conditioning is available although we did not use it during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and would have been suitable for cooking full meals. The location is within 10-15 minutes of leisurely walking to the city centre and we really liked the neighbourhood. By night it was perfectly quiet. Parking our car close by was no problem and we never used it in the 5 days we staid in Elche. The host was very friendly, communicated excellently and we found some nice surprises in the fridge on arrival.
−Not a criticism, since this is clearly indicated and did not hinder us to enjoy our stay but due to the narrow staircases leading up to the apartment and within to access the rooftop area you should not have serious mobility issues.

+Incredibly friendly host who was very helpful in allowing us to check in early and provided a lot of fantastic recommendations for us to enjoy in Elche and the surrounding areas. The accommodation itself was great and the outside space was perfect for relaxing in the sun, which you get all afternoon on the balcony. Would highly recommend staying here!

+Desde que entramos por la puerta Juan súper servicial, nos ayudó a subir las maletas, nos enseñó la casa y no le faltó ni un detalle, estuvimos muy a gusto los días que estuvimos y cerquita del centro, repetiremos!

“Leuke meivakantie in dit comfortabele apartament!”
+Top locatie, rustig maar dichtbij het centrum. Mooi duplex met balkon. Schoon en ruim, handig dat er 2 badkamers zijn.
−De keuken is een beetje minimalistisch voorzien maar verder prima :)
