+Just the location, although there is an uphill and a lot of stairs.
−Apartment is uphill,hard access, especially with luggage each time. Mattresses very uncomfortable, one slat broken,owner said kids can use! Apartment requires maintenance throughout. Make sure that the ages of your kids will be right because he charged me Eur 120 Extra for my kids to sleep.

−I recently stayed at Casa Gabry in Naples and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The apartment was not as clean as I had expected, with some areas clearly needing more attention to detail. This made it difficult to feel comfortable during my stay. Additionally, communication with the host was problematic. I found it challenging to get timely responses, which added unnecessary stress to my trip. While the location of Casa Gabry is convenient and the apartment has potential, the lack of cleanliness and poor communication significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the host takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

+Prezzo competitivo, vicino al centro
−La casa, nel complesso, avrebbe anche del potenziale, ma avrebbe bisogno di essere migliorata. È molto trascurata, organizzata male e poco oulita. Non è adatta a più famiglie né offre sufficiente privacy: c’è una sola camera con un soppalco dove è posizionato un secondo letto matrimoniale, e la porta del bagno è a fisarmonica. Mancano elementi essenziali come comodini, appendini in bagno e prese elettriche vicino ai letti. Inoltre, alcuni servizi indicati nell'annuncio , come il microonde e la macchina del caffè, sedie per tutti gli ospiti, non erano presenti. La pulizia generale degli ambienti era superficiale. Per noi non è andata malissimo, perché abbiamo usato l’alloggio solo per dormire. Per brevi pernottamenti può andar bene, ma non lo consiglierei per trascorrervi molto tempo durante la giornata. Ringrazio comunque Giovanni perche è stato sempre disponibile.

+De grootte, comfortabel, airco, grote TV
−Alles was wel aanwezig van faciliteiten, maar de kwaliteit ontbrak, oftewel was het scheef of los of niet afgewerkt. De douche werkte amper en de warmte van het water was onvoorspelbaar. Vaak was het enkel koud water en als het warm was was dit kokend heet. Een van de ramen was kapot en kon niet dicht. Ook maakte een van de airco’s wat lawaai.

“Casa spaziosa ma da rivedere”
+Struttura pulita, il proprietario non lo abbiamo neanche visto ma è stato comunque molto disponibile per telefono a darci tutte le informazioni che ci servivano. Se non consideriamo la salita da fare a piedi, la struttura è abbastanza in centro. Scendendo si arriva subito nella via Toledo e in piazza dante.
−La casa di per sé potrebbe essere carina ma è molto trascurata. In bagno manca il porta rotolo e la placchetta dello scarico, non abbiamo trovato neanche un po' di sapone per le mani. Divano letto assolutamente da cambiare perché sembra di dormire sul ferro. In generale molto trascurata sia la casa che il palazzo. Poi si trova in cima ad una bella salita intervallata da scale che per noi che viaggiavamo con bambini e passeggini è stato un trauma, ma è molto soggettivo. Non si può parcheggiare l'auto in strada e vi indirizzeranno in un "parcheggio" al costo di 20€ al giorno.
