+The apartment is very well maintained and was suuuper clean. Two bedrooms, 3 beds for this price...amazing. You can walk to Lidl in 5 min and you have a fully equipped kitchen. What was really outstanding was the friendliness of the owners. I asked what's the best way to go to the train station and the result was, that they brought me in their car. Hospitality at its best. Mille Grazie!!!
−The area is maybe not the prettiest but personally I don't mind cause the apartment itself is great and there is free parking.

“Great apartment next Biella city centre”
+Quite spacious, clean and quiet place to have a stay with our family. Very close to Biella city centre. The owner was very helpful and gave us great information about places for food and drinks in Biella city centre. Free parking under the block of flats was a bonus.

“Very pleased with this stay!”
+Very nice interiors and big bedrooms. Main with TV, blinds etc. The mattress is also very comfortable. Would have loved a firmer pillow but that's also a personal preference. The kitchen is well equipped and has a nice balcony. Location is central for anything Biella and around. No parking issues in it's street.

“Ottimo appartamento”
+L'appartamento ha una buona illuminazione, mi piace vederci bene la sera. La cucina ha tutto il necessario, anche il bollitore e macchina da caffè con cialde e filtri per te e tisane. Letto della camera matrimoniale molto comodo.
−Era bloccato il saliscendi della doccia, ma si può sistemare...

“Ottima soluzione a Biella”
+La casa è pulita e sistemata, anche molto spaziosa. Il proprietario molto accogliente e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
−Sono stata solo un giorno e non ho trovato alcun elemento negativo da segnalare. Al massimo si potrebbe pensare di lasciare per gli ospiti qualche bustina monodose di sapone, ma in realtà c'erano i dispenser pieni.

“Tutto sommato positivo”
+L' attenzione ai particolari, il lettino per il bimbo, la pulizia, i suggerimenti sui ristoranti
−L' odore di fognatura che saliva dalle scale, e dagli scarichi del bagno, a causa di un temporale che c'era appena stato; e l' asse del gabinetto molto traballante. Infine mi è dispiaciuto che di fronte alla nostra richiesta di fermarci un' ora in più il giorno dopo rispetto l' orario di check out, non ci sia stata la disponibilità.

+Tutto perfetto,casa pulita e in ordine.Possibilta’di fare colazione perché è presente macchina da caffè e bollitore con biscotti,fette,marmellate.In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro.Host molto gentile e disponibile.

+Krásný, prostorný byt v tichém domě, ale na rušné třídě. To však nevadí, stačí zavřít okna. Vybaven je vzorně pro turisty a vše je funkční. Pár kroků do Lidlu, který má otevřeno každý den. Pekárna, masna, lékárna, kavárna, park na venčení pejska, vše pár kroků. Výborný výchozí bod pro národní park Val Grande, jezera Lago Maggiore, Lago d’Orta, údolí Aosty, hory, hrady, zámky, pastviny, restaurace, kavárny, cukrárny. Pro turisty ráj. Moc za vše děkujeme, byli jsme spokojeni a přejeme hodně hostů! Klára

+Appartamento ben arredato e pulitissimo. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina ben attrezzata con anche la lavastoviglie. In bagno c'è la lavatrice-asciugatrice. Due camere con letti stracomodi. Fantastico il locale al piano terra dove poter lasciare le biciclette la sicuro e caricarle... 4 e-bike ci sono state comodamente: super consigliato per cicloturisti come noi!
