“We love!”
+The house has everything you need to cook and barbecue. We really liked it. It is close to San Vito Lo Capo, where you can find all the beaches and restaurants. In the village there is the best pizzeria, Number One, and a grocery store, which were very nice. The owner was very friendly and gave us tips on what to visit . The reserve of zingaro is one of the best thing to do. If i retourne i stay there again. Love it. 😊
−The double bed is the only thing to change in the house. The mattress is old and not comfortable.

“okay for 1-2 nights, lots of room for improvement”
+We stayed for three nights and really liked the surrounding area - it’s perfectly located for daytrips to Palermo, Cefalù etc. You can even see the ocean from the bedroom
−The furniture in general was really lived in. The kitchen lacked of the most basic things which made it hard to cook / prep food. The bathrooms are very outdated (which is okay) but the fittings in the shower for example were extremely rusty and almost unusable. Not the best experience when on holidays. Most of the things could be easily fixed or replaced hence we didn’t understand the state of it

−Plin de mici insecte, insa fiind intr-o zona rurală este normal, doamna s-a îngrijit și avea plase la toate ferestrele.

−Gestione del pagamento Casa calda, condizionatore sulle scale insufficiente per raffrescare le camere. Molte formiche, ma siamo in campagna e ci può stare.

−La description du propriétaire sur le logement est à revoir il n' y a pas de parking privé les voisins vous demande de sortir immédiatement du parking qui est privé et tout de suite en plus pour ce qui est de la climatisation, une seule pour toute la maison elle est casiment inexistante pour un mois de juillet je n'ose pas imaginer en hiver, la nuit impossible de dormir la maison était comme un four pour la cuisine les équipements sont à revoir nous avons été envahie par d'énorme fourmi et au quatrième jour plus d'eau donc nous avons décidé de partir plus tôt après quatre nuits d'enfer donc très mauvaise expérience je ne recommande pas ce logement.

“Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono, qualcosa da rivedere”
+In generale il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono. Anche la posizione è ottima e la casa è spaziosa e pulita. Ci è stato consentito un late-check-out.
−La casa ha alcune attrezzature datate, in particolare il materasso ed il divano. La cucina è un po' sguarnita e nel patio non c'era l'ombrellone come da foto. Una cosa che non ho apprezzato particolarmente è stato l'atteggiamento di chi gestisce perchè durante il check-in abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora al sola senza nessuna notizia a fronte di un appuntamento alle 13, alle 13.40 ho dovuto chiamare io per capire che fare e quale fosse la casa, la signora che gestisce non è stata per nulla gentile. Per contro, ci è stato consentito di fare check-out più tardi.

+La posizione e la composizione della casa erano comode per le nostre esigenze
−La dotazione della cucina molto scarsa per essere un appartamento. Il box doccia veramente piccolo per chi è un pò grande risulta veramente difficile lavarsi; gli asciugamani consumati, addirittura con i buchi! Infine il letto: scomodo e con la traversa di gomma e i cuscini praticamente inutilizzabili.
