“Great location, super property”
+This is a lovely , clean, spacious property, very cleverly design to fit everything you could need. Beds were very comfy. Location was fantastic, options for bus or underground into central. Good food options within a walkable distance. Host was great too- replied to messages very quickly. Would definitely recommend this property and host.

+Overall, it was a wonderful stay. It had almost everything a family could need. They welcomed us warmly and answered our questions before and after our stay. They had prepared everything, just like hotel hospitality.
−There's not much I didn't like. Some feedback for improvement: The kettle was a little chalky. The baking tray had stains. The dishes came out of the dishwasher looking chalky and a little dirty. The pans were a little old. When we turned on the oven while some of the other machines were working, the fuses blew a few times. Maybe this can be resolved.

+The location is quite good for morning walk to the city center. It takes approx 15-20 min walking and looking for a good breakfast. The territory of the house is very well maintained and beautiful. The owner is good and polite person. Welcoming and explain all the questions
−The house inside is old. The apartment is nice and stylish, but some things need to be replaced and repaired. 1.) The front door handle is broken from the inside. 2.) The shower looks unkempt, needs cleaning and painting. The shower itself works fine, but the pressure needs to be improved. 3.) The apartment is very dark and because of this it feels cold, even though it feels warmer outside than in the apartment. Because of the small windows and the location of the apartment, the sun does not reach there. 4.) The furniture in the main room needs to be replaced. The sofa is old and already swollen. 5.) The Coffee machine working very bad (need to be repaired)

“A beautiful, clean apartment in a gated community that is an ideal base for a city break in Rome.”
+This apartment is an ideal base for those who wish to stay in a gated community within a 15 minute walk from a Metro station and two minutes from the nearest bus stop. The owners/managers think of everything. It is well supplied with utilities and basic kitchen supplies. It is in an old building that in itself must have an interesting history. The view from the windows onto the gardens is divine, with birdsong a soothing accompaniment. I would highly recommend Casa Epiro to those visiting Rome.
−This is not the fault of the owner/manager, but our taxi journeys to and from Casa Epiro were problematic, including our first and last from and back to the airport. All taxis have Piazza Epiro 13 in their sat nav and stop outside number 13 thinking it is Piazza Epiro 12 which is diagonally across the street.
