“Excellent 💯”
+We had a lovely summer stay at this beautiful home in Monopoli. The location was perfect , just steps from the sea and about a 15-minute walk to the historic city center. The house was tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you might need , from coffee and olive oil to even mosquito repellent and other thoughtful touches you wouldn’t expect! We especially loved the charming garden and outdoor seating area, where we spent most of our time relaxing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the hot summer days much more comfortable. For those arriving by car, having a private parking spot was a big plus. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive. Despite our late arrival, he came personally to welcome us and explain everything. He always replied quickly whenever we had a question. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing seaside holiday!

+Prima accommodatie, alles aanwezig en comfortabel. Vijf minuten lopen van het strand en 10 minuten van het centrum. Attente host.

−Les indications pour récupérer les clefs n étaient pas très explicites, celles devaient être récupérées via smartphone et coffre, quelqu un est finalement venu nous les donner.

“Funcional apartamento a un paseo de Monopoli y junto a l costa”
+Ubicación en zona tranquila, caminando llegas en a 2 minutos a la costa , y en 15 minutos hasta el precioso centro histórico de Monopoli. Comodisimo el parking privado en la propiedad. Es muy amplio y funcional. La persona que nos recibió muy amable. Cocina y baño reformados y modernos. Bien equipados. Había café, biscotes, azúcar, agua embotellada y otros.
−La calidad de las toallas y ropa de cama era muy mejorable. La cama para la tercera persona en el salón no era muy cómoda, y la almohada excesivamente alta. Por otro lado es una pena que en una cocina moderna y bien equipada haya acumulados muchos botes de productos de limpieza que dan un aspecto poco cuidado. Lo mismo ocurría con los cristales y espejos, muy descuidada la limpieza, cuando el resto del apartamento estaba limpio.

+Fantastyczne mieszkanie. Wyposażone absolutnie we wszystkie udogodnienia, zapewniające komfortowy pobyt: wi-fi, klimatyzacja, pralka, zmywarka, piekarnik, ekspres do kawy, suszarka do włosów, kapsułki do zmywarki, wszelka chemia typu płyn do naczyń, worki na śmieci, środki czystości, ręczniki. Kawa, oliwa, cukier. W lodówce czekała na nas schłodzona woda i cola. Mieszkanie wygodne, fantastyczny tarasik z meblami. W zasięgu max 10 minut spacerem ok. 7 plaż - zarówno takich z infrastruktura i płatną strefą, jak i dzikich, kameralnych. Do centrum spacerem ok 15 minut. W pobliżu świetnie wyposażony supermarket, dwie piekarnie i restauracja. Właściciel to absolutnie fantastyczny człowiek, bardzo pomocny, zapewnił nam transport z i na dworzec. Szczerze i gorąco polecam!!!!! Cudowny pobyt.
