+The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location was excellent with a beautiful view and very close to the historic center. The indoor parking spot was a wonderful convenience. Our host was very accommodating in allowing is to keep our car in the parking spot for a few hours after check out so that we could take part in a tour we had booked that day and not have to relocate our car.

“Well-equipped apartment with lovely views across to the other side of Porto”
+Excellent location close to all the local sights. The apartment is modern and on the ground floor which is accessed via stairs or a lift as the ground floor is below street level,. The lift wasn't working when we arrived but this was fixed very quickly. The view from the terrace is lovely but you can't see the river from there which was a bit of a shame but still beautiful. The host had provided a welcome pack for us, the pasteis de nata were delicious. I would also like to thank our host for allowing us an early check in so that I could attend a Teams meeting.

“A true home away from home, good memory!”
+The apartment is clean, very spacious and functional. Host Fernando is very courteous and friendly. The supplies of breakfast items, drinks, fruits and wine etc. are very heartwarming. Fernando paid attention to many details. View out of the balcony is beautiful, location is quite yet still close to many sightseeing sites. The free parking is huge plus for us. A true home away from home, the best lodging we had stayed during our two week southern Europe trip!

“Excellent stay right in the heart of Porto”
+Stylish apartment right in the heart of Porto - you can see Eiffel's Maria Pia train bridge and Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar from your balcony which is so cool. On the other side of the balcony you have a massive rock which also creates a very nice ambiance. The apartment is very well equipped - all the utensils, dishwasher, a washing machine, a smart TV - we didn't lack anything. The owner is extremely nice, he left some beer and wine for us in the fridge. I also appreciated the window blinds as I like dark bedrooms.
−The only downside I can think of was the bed size - it's not too small but I'm just used to large beds and for the two of us it felt a little narrow, but it's a matter of habit.

“Everything was wonderful.”
+The guesthouse was simply wonderful. The location was almost in the center of Porto, the room was comfortable, the welcome drinks were great, and even a small supply of breakfast items was provided. The parking was a real gem in the center of Porto. It was quiet, and the washing machine made life so much easier. This guesthouse has everything you could possibly need! The host was also very welcoming.
−The check-in process was a bit confusing, but as far as I understand, that's Booking's fault. Therefore, to avoid similar misunderstandings, I suggest contacting the owner a few days before your arrival.
