“Nice comfortable stay near Porto do Sol.”
+Very comfortable apartment. Beautiful ocean view. We used it as home base for some hikes and it was nice to return to each night. Laundry was a bonus. Good people watching from the deck. The banana museum next door was very interesting. Restaurants nearby were very good.
−The road in front was very busy all day long but quieted down by bedtime.

+Perfect location and a very well equipped kitchen. Lots of little welcoming touches like water in the fridge, a decanter of Madeira wine etc. Very very clean apartment .
−In truth nothing could have been improved on. Everything was perfect.

“Absolutely A* as long as you have a car and don’t mind traffic noise.”
+Dino was so welcoming/ brilliant in all aspects. The flat was large , beds and bedding comfortable. All facilities for a week. Restaurants nearby. Lovely balcony looking to the sea. Safe parking in garage. Ask for the fish restaurant recommendation! The banana museum next door does fab coffee/ cakes and entrance is only paid once. Very friendly team.
−It was noisy being next to main road but thats anywhere if you want flat walk and near the sea in Madeira! No shops within walking distance.

+Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé, machine à café, machine à laver, très pratique, lits confortables, 2 salles de bain, à 4 c'est très appréciable. Parking privé, balcon vue sur mer, ascenseur. Merci à Dino pour sa disponibilité, ses conseils et pour la bouteille de Madère. Logement bien situé pour se déplacer sur toute l'île.
−Malheureusement la route est très passante, même la nuit.

“Trato muy amable”
+Las vistas, el acceso a la playa, solo cruzando la carretera era lo mejor. El alojamiento cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para el día a día. Genial
−Al estar tan cerca de una carretera principal, el ruido de los coches al atardecer era un poco molesto.

“Hervorragende Unterkunft wenn man sich nicht daran stört, direkt an der Uferstrasse zu wohnen.”
+Dino ist ein super Gastgeber. Er hat auf uns gewartet, obwohl der Flieger 3 Stunden Verspätung hatte. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr geräumig, mit zwei Bädern und guten Betten. Vom Balkon hat man direkten Blick aufs Meer, vom Küchenfenster aus schaut man auf eine Bananenplantage. Toll ist auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und ein Aufzug im Haus.
−Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße, auf der auch nachts Autos, Motorräder und LKW fahren. So frühstückten wir in der Küche anstatt auf dem Balkon und mussten nachts die Fenster geschlossen halten. Auch der in der Anzeige erwähnte kleine Badestrand befand sich direkt unterhalb der Straße und war sehr steinig, zum Baden nicht wirklich geeignet.
