+Very spacious apartment in a quite street with nice sea view from upper terrace. There is own parking space which was much appreciated.

“Chill apartment in the countryside”
+We spent enjoyable 10 days in this apartment. This is actually a half of the house with very spacious rooms, so it is comfortable even for bigger groups as it gives a lot of privacy. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a small living room with a sofa. The house was very clean, did not have a typical Madeira damp smell, so it is a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped, there were some basic kitchen ingredients as spices or oil, which we very much appreciated, so we did not have to buy that. There was a welcome gift in the form of a cake and some juice. We used the washing machine several times and it is kept clean with no signs of mold. The outside terraces are lovely and have a nice view over the ocean and the hills. I would say overall the apartment looks even better than the pictures provided. There was a safe parking space in front of the entrance behind a closed gate, so we did not have to worry about the rental car getting scratched. The gate is quite narrow and it takes some practice to get comfortable with driving through it, but that is a typical madeiran experience. −The only thing I would maybe complain is that I would appreciate if the amount of toilet paper or coffee capsules would be adjusted to the length of the stay. We had 7 coffee capsules for 10 days and had to buy some additional toilet paper.

“Хорошая вилла, но есть нюансы”
+Прекрасная вилла, вид на океан. В доме есть все необходимое для вашего отдыха. Хорошая парковка, что важно для острова. Важно понимать что если вы приехали на остров и планируете его исследовать то вам не так и важен вид на океан, потому что вы будете уезжать рано и приезжать поздно. На вилле есть электрогриль удобно быстро приготовить ужин. Чай, кофе, специи тоже есть. Рядом есть маленький продуктовый магазин, он значительно дороже обычных сетевых супермаркетов.
−Мы были во второй половине февраля и в доме очень сыро. Обогреватель был в одной спальне и спать во второй было холодно и сыро. Все вещи отсыревшие. В столовой и в душе холодно. Постирать белье можно но высушить его проблема так как в доме сыро, а если оставите на улице пока вас не будет может пойти дождь. И самое главное во время нашего пребывания сломался (забился) слив в туалете, вода из туалета вытекала через душ, это пришлось весь этот ужас убирать. И хотя хозяева пытались максимально быстро все устранить фактически половину нашего отдыха мы не могли пользоваться ни душем ни туалетом нормально. Внимательно смотрите расположение дома, он высоковато находится и далековато от достопримечательностей. Если бы я поехала второй раз снимала бы дом ниже и ближе к Фуншалу. Около виллы рядом только 25 фонтанов.

+Nowy obiekt, wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Duża przestronna kuchnia, pralka, zmywarka, wszystkie środki czystości. Dom spory, dwie ładne sypialnie na górze. Wszędzie czysto. Miejsce do zaparkowania, spora przestrzeń na tarasach. Cicha i spokojna okolica.
−Jedyna rzecz na minus i dość istotna to to, że w grudniu dom jest dość zimny wieczorami i rano. Jest to bardzo niekomfortowe, nieprzyjemnie się siedzi w zimnych pomieszczeniach. Wystarczyłoby zamontować klimatyzator do dogrzania lub dostarczyć opał do piecyka. Nie było nawet małego grzejnika elektrycznego, by dogrzać łazienkę przed kąpaniem.. Właściciel powinien o tym pomyśleć, byłoby 10/10
