+The location is amazing! The hosts were great and contactable at all times. They helped us with a late check out and gave us some great recommendations . It’s located right on top of a super market and laundromat, with available parking (such a win). We had an amazing time there
−The building is a little loud (slamming doors etc), but manageable.

+Spacious apartment only a short walk to the beaches and the old city centre. It was handy having the supermarket next door. The extra things like a beach umbrella and beach mat, umbrellas for wet weather (which we didn’t have to use) as well as ironing board and iron, extra fan (that we didn’t need), info about places to eat and see, wet wipes in the bathroom, sunny private balcony area and tasteful furniture and decor all made our 4 night stay really comfortable.
−The location using Google map was not accurate. It took us the Bank building which was beside where the apartment block was. Luckily the host sent us extra information to help us find the place. The lighting in the building entrance and the stairs was very poor. A few of the kitchen items need updating.

“Nice and spacious apartment near old town”
+Spacious apartment located conveniently just outside the old town and next door to a supermarket with self service laundry and a small café. You can easily walk to the centre of town. Great shower. Good free parking. A couple of local eateries across the street. Very convenient if you have a car. Necessary facilities, but no washing machine or dish washer.
−Some of the kitchen equipment could be better.

“Pessimo !!!”

−Un’avventura..da non ripetere mai più. Arriviamo all’indirizzo indicato su Booking e chiamo il numero di telefono riportato nella prenotazione. Mi risponde un hotel che ci informa di non avere alcuna prenotazione a mio nome..e già questo ci preoccupa. Poco dopo ricevo un messaggio dalla struttura con un altro numero di telefono. Chiamo, inizialmente non è raggiungibile, ma vengo richiamata poco dopo. Al telefono sono gentili e ci spiegano come raggiungere l’appartamento, che si trova ad una 50ina di metri accanto all’indirizzo indicato inizialmente. Arrivati, il palazzo risulta molto decadente, all’ingresso troviamo una quantità impressionante di biciclette. Pensiamo che questo non sia certo imputabile alla struttura e proseguiamo. L’ascensore, piuttosto malandato, ci porta al primo piano. Entriamo nell’appartamento e veniamo immediatamente investiti da un forte e persistente odore di cibo. Guardandoci intorno, notiamo mobili e porte molto usurati, alcuni anche danneggiati. L’aria condizionata è presente esclusivamente in soggiorno e non arriva né in camera da letto né in cucina. Il balcone, inoltre, è chiuso dalla finestra, quindi di fatto non è fruibile come ci si aspetterebbe. P

“Apartamento con buena ubicación en zona tranquila”
+Está en una zona tranquila pero bien ubicado, abajo hay un Spar. Hay sitio cerca donde aparca y lo entregaron limpio.
−Un poco antiguo, tiene pocos enchufes y creo que podría estar mejor equipado. Pero en lo general bien.

+L'appartement était super! Bel emplacement, pas trop dans le centre mais juste à côté! Super propre, belle déco.
−La communication n'était pas fluide, je n'ai pas eu de réponse à mes messages donc je n'ai pas osé écrire lorsque besoin. L'auvent de la fenêtre ne semblait pas fonctionner ce qui était plus difficile le matin avec le soleil malgré le rideaux (non opaque). Les voisins d'en haut étaient très bruyants. Je me suis fait réveiller plusieurs fois par le bruit en pleine nuit ( mais bon.. en dehors du contrôle de la location). Somme toute, satisfaite!

+Eine hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Kurze Distanz zur Altstadt, ca 10 min zum nächsten Strand. Super war auch der Spar im gleichen Haus. Das Haus ist etwas ringhörig, was uns aber nicht störte. Parkplatz fanden wir auch immer sofort vor dem Haus. Gerne wieder,
−Einige Pfannen müssten ersetzt werden. Sonst alles tiptop

“Muito bom”
+Um excelente apartamento, limpo, decoração agradável, espaçoso, com todos os utensílios para quem gosta de cozinhar. Ótima localização, muito próximo do centro histórico e das praias, é excelente ter um supermercado ao lado da hospedagem. O atendimento do anfitrião foi ótimo, respondendo rapidamente qualquer dúvida.
