+The Space, the bed was confortable ,and the flat was well situated in the Town !
−The flat could have been a little cleaner . We had to sweep pasta off the floor, and clean the shower before using it !

+Best location in the center, close to the Mercado and many restaurants and cafes. Good view of the market and river from the balcony. Lively square
−Longer wait times in front of the building for check-in and key handover. During the fish fry, the the sound of the smoke detector alarm goes on..

+Fantastic location and nice spacious flat.
−The shower needs attention. It wasn’t my case, but not great for people with mobility issues. Legging heavy luggages 2+ floors up will not be for everyone…

“Great apartment in a great location.”
+The apartment was in an excellent position, close to the market in the old town so surrounded by restaurants and bars. The kitchen was really good only lacked a couple of things. Loved having the fans as it was hot, loved the balcony and the bed was very comfortable. Nice big towels for the showers. Lovely to have two bathrooms.
−In order to wash up and keep the kitchen clean a dish cloth or brush would have been helpful. There was a lot of steps to get up to the apartment so not good for anyone with mobility issues. It is on the second floor.

“Superb”
+Location is excellent, The famous Mercados de Olhao are two Minutes away. The Apartment is amid of many Restaurants, Supermarkets are near. also the Pier for the Ferry boats to the Islands. Super view from the Balcony to the River and Market place. the Apartment was clean and well equipped.
−The smoke detector was activated by frying of fish ....

“Poor to moderate, no one was accountable and no one followed our issues up. The holiday could have actually been excelle”
+Central location, nice layout. Nice kitchen and appliances. Lovely bed and bedding, which was comfy.
−The tv didn’t work, the day we arrived we reported it and daily after that. Nothing was done about this during the whole week stay. We rely on the tv as we aren’t party goers. The shower waste was blocked and overflowed during every shower. Only one small and one big towel per person per stay made life a little difficult.
