+The apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. When I travel, cleanliness is the most important thing for me and my family, and in this respect, the apartment was absolutely outstanding , everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. We also really appreciated that the host took our additional requests into consideration and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. I would be delighted to stay here again! 🥰
−The only downside, especially for anyone who has difficulty walking, was that taxis could not drive all the way to the entrance of the building, so there were some stairs to go up or down. However, for us, even this was something unique and pleasant.

“Great Location and Comfortable Stay with a Minor Drawback”
+The apartment is in a great location and is exactly as shown in the photos. It is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and a coffee machine with a few coffee pods provided. There is also a washing machine with laundry detergent capsules, a hairdryer, and clean towels and bed linen. I was particularly impressed by how attentive the owner is to every detail and to the guests' comfort. The host was also very responsive and kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier. Each room has a small fan. While it is not a substitute for air conditioning, it definitely helps make sleeping more comfortable during the summer.
−During our stay, we found a few cockroaches in the apartment. This was not mentioned beforehand, although there was a cockroach spray available, which we used to deal with them. It's possible that the issue affects the entire residential building rather than just the apartment itself, but it still made our stay a little less enjoyable.

“Per un weekend va più che bene!”
+La disponibilità dell'host anche nel momento in cui c'è stato un problema con una perdita dal lavandino, ottima la posizione per il centro e la presenza di utensili da cucina.
−Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia e la presenza di asciugamani ma per un soggiorno di un weekend va più che bene.

“Lage Super Wohung zu teuer für die Ausstattung.”

−Leider war ein Zimmer komplett mit Schimmel. So das wir auf dem Boden schlafen mussten. Als wir dies dem Personal gesagt haben war sie leider nicht koperativ und haben nichts dazu beigetragen das Problem zublösen. Echt Schade
