“Nice comfortable apartmtent in a good location.”
+Very clean, pleasant apartment. Had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, nice showers with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. Good location: easy walking to many sights, museums, etc, and good bus and tram connections for when you don't feel like walking. Mathieu was very helpful, he even came back from across town to sort out a minor technical problem.
−Only downside is that it's on a busy street, so quite a bit of traffic noise during the day, but quiet enough at night to sleep well.

+The location is great! Just 15 mins straight walk to the centre of the city. The apartment is well equipped and aesthetically nice! Quite new appliances. Very comfortable bedrooms and spacious. Bathrooms well functioning and clean. The host was reachable and contacted us to check time of check in and met us on time on the location. Accessible lift.
−Not really issues as we would stay there again. But some points for improvement - there is no tv anywhere and could be cleaner in not so visible spaces like under the beds. Also air condition was not really felt with a low temperature. Maybe it needs a service. Was not really an issue since its not so hot now.

“Excellent, clean, well located apartment with a fabulous host.”
+Exceptionally clean and secure, toiletries and bottled water provided. Matthieu our host was so welcoming and the ladies who cleaned the apartment were lovely too…they wished us onwards happy holidays. The apartment is very well located, close to the centre. We walked everywhere, no public transport required apart from the 10 minutes tram journey to the apartment and back to the main train station which stopped just 2 minutes from the apartment. Just to note, the apartment is city centre on a busy road.

“Amazing apartment and amazing host!”
+The property was beyond amazing! The apartment is very spacious, completely renovated, beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary appliances and bathrooms were impecable. Communication with Mathieu was excellent, he provided all necessary indications and waited for us at the property. He was very nice and helpful at all times. Very good location with easy access to the center and the trams. Highly recommended!
